Location is outstanding and the views over the lake, incredible. Apartment was very spacious with all we needed for a comfortable stay. The reception team and all staff are impeccable. Providing lots of information about local things to do and see. Will be coming back

The friendliness of the staff at all times, good breakfast in a nice ambiente and great location in the city centre and the lake front witha direct view of the lake.

Well, only the third floor was a little difficult with the luggage and no elevator, but we got help.

The view was very beautiful. The beach, restaurants, bars, bakeries were very close to the apartment. There is also a ferry station very close to the apartment. The hotel staff was very kind and even provided us with a Wi-Fi/4G router.

When we arrived to the apartment together with the girl from reception, we noticed that the apartment wasn't cleaned before our arrival. The girl from reception started to clean the apartment, even though it wasn't her job. We were waiting for an hour to get into the apartment. Still the floors weren't clean enough. The facilities and equipment in the apartment is old and overused - all of those things really need refreshing/renewal. There was no kettle to boil water and the dishes were so used up so it was uncomfortable to eat from them. There is no A/C in the apartment. The owner should write somewhere that there is no A/C. We were expecting that there will be an A/C because it is Italy and it could become very hot - we thought that it is almost mandatory to have an A/C, but we didn't check the facility descriptions carefully. Parking is not possible at the location. There are some free parking places, but you will have to walk ~ 500m from parking to apartment.
