A cozy vacation for lake Como

It’s a clean and cozy apartment, with garden and private parking. Great location, restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. Great communication with owner before and during the stay. Inside the apartment, we have everything needed. It’s a vacation stay that feels like at home.

Exceptional Stay! 5/5 ⭐️

This has been the best stay I’ve had so far. The place was huge, spotless, well-maintained, and fully equipped with everything I needed including complete kitchenware that made cooking very convenient. The location is perfect, with the train station just a short walking distance away. The living area is very comfortable and well-designed, making it a great space to relax. The host Marco provided very clear and helpful instructions, which made the entire experience smooth and hassle-free. I truly appreciate the care and attention given to every detail. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay with your family.

That apartment was a really pleasant surprise. On the first floor there is a big living room with a kitchen, bathroom and a toilet. There is everything you need if you want to cook yourself something. On the second floor there is a cute bedroom. In the vicinity ( 5 min on foot ) there are great places to eat traditional Italian food. There is a parking space inside the gates of the hotel, if you want to park your car. Strongly recommend!

Beautiful location, excellent guest house

New, clean, modern, spacious. Lovely extra touches like bottled water in fridge, coffee capsules, paper towel in kitchen, dishwasher tablets, washing machine. Located in a quiet street on the ground floor. Beautiful town with lots of amazing bakeries & restaurants and supermarket, friendly service.

Just my personal preference, extra bed pillows as l like to sleep with 2 pillows.

Though our stay was brief, this property made us feel completely at home. Everything we needed was provided, from kitchen essentials to comfortable amenities. The location is ideal—just a short walk to the town harbor where you can enjoy beautiful views of Lake Como. For those driving, private parking is included, which is a huge convenience. I highly recommend this property to anyone seeking a peaceful and well-equipped accommodation.

Amazing apartment with beautiful garden

The alertness was really nice plus it had a small garden which our toddler loved a lot. The host is super friendly and helped us with all requests. The kitchen is equipped with all required equipment and supplies. Just loved the stay.

The apartment was very clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a short stay. It had a cosy feel, and the location was great – just a short walk to the lake and town. Check-in was smooth, and the host was very responsive and friendly.

Perfect apartment

A really top quality apartment with parking in a quiet location 5 mins from Guzzi and from the lake. If it was in Bellagio the cost would be double! Very well equipped with quiet aircon and sky tv. Nice little garden

Awesome clean place with great owner

Marco the owner is a very nice and trustworthy man. He was very helpful explaining everything. He speaks English very well. We could park the car inside the garden safely for free. The apartment is awesome. Huge kitchen, with 3 types of pans, pots and many other tools. It is well equiped. Also olive oil, salt, pepper, coffee, teabags are available. The bed is comfortable. Supermarket is 10mins walking distance. The lake is few minutes walking.

It was cozy, comfortable, great facilities, we enjoyed our coffe in the morning and the prosseco Marco offered us. Great experience for self checking with clear instructions.

La estancia no pudo estar mejor, Marcos el dueño , un genio, todo momento atento , la verdad que el piso era cómodo y acogedor y muy buen gusto en la decoración, muy cerca del tren.

Recomand! O cazare excelenta in care ne-am simtit ca acasa. S-a acordat atentie tuturor detaliilor chiar si pentru sederi mai lungi si era foarte curat. Spatiu mare, cozy, utilat si ingrijit. Loc privat, intim, cu gradina placuta la intrarea in locuinta. Zona foarte linistita si in care ne-am simtit in siguranta. Aproape de gara, de apa, si un supermarket mare Iperal la 1 km. Pat foarte confortabil. Marco a fost foarte amabil si self check-in-ul a fost usor. Multumim!

Volvería sin duda

Creo que todo! Precioso, súper moderno, un gusto ideal. Tiene todo lo necesario para pasar más de un día, se puede cocinar, tiene plancha, secador etc. se puede aparcar y las instrucciones fueron claras. Marco fue maravilloso, nos ayudó y nos dejó dejar el coche aparcado hasta más tarde que nos íbamos, por lo que tuvimos tiempo de explorar los pueblos famosos del lago por tren. Tiene TV por cable y eso le encantó a mi marido, pudo ver el fútbol. El sofá es cama, pero arriba la cama es cómoda, grande, espaciosa. Gracias Marcos! Nos encantó tu casa.

No es q no me gustara pero mejoraría, la iluminación del baño, donde está la ducha porque no se ve bien. Y la iluminación de la habitación. Es muy tenue y sería ideal que se mejorara para tener regulación de más intenso a más tenue. Pero en general todo maravilloso.

Apartament jest bardzo ładny i czysty. Kuchnia dobrze wyposażona, nawet w ekspres na kapsułki. W szafkach były również różnego rodzaju kawy, oliwy i przyprawy, z których korzystaliśmy. Do dworca kolejowego jest 5 minut spacerem.

Gastgeber gibt sich sehr viel Mühe, gute Lage

Der Kontakt mit Marco war sehr gut, wir konnten uns immer an ihn wenden. Außerdem steckt viel Liebe im Detail - die kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten ließen uns gleich sehr wohl fühlen. Anfangs war es wirklich kalt in der Unterkunft, das konnten wir aber mit Marco lösen. Die Küche ist wirklich sehr hochwertig und gut ausgestattet (Öl, Essig, Gewürze, alles vorhanden). Wirklich sehr sauber insgesamt und deshalb zum Wohlfühlen. Von der Lage auch sehr gut! Privater Parkplatz vorhanden, Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar.

Leider beim Schlafen sehr hellhörig (das Schnarchen vom Nachbarn war deutlich zu hören), als Deutsche finden wir eine bezogene Decke schöner als ein Laken, auf dem das Federbett aufliegt - das ist aber eine kulturelle Geschichte. Mehr Besteck wäre wünschenswert.
