The location is so-so. There is an aluminium factory directly opposite. It is relatively noisy, 24 hours a day.
You can't leave the window open at night. There is no terrace, just a 1 m² seating area in front of the front door. That was also the problem: the flat still smelled slightly of cigarettes. Probably from the previous tenant.

Internet accès, location between Lecco and Varenna.
There weren't any garden or capabilities to be outside. Place is not adapted for people with movement problems. Not sure that every time you will get parking place. In other places are not allowed to park.
