NPT Piazza Castello a 20 passi Accessibile Senior Families

La signora ci ha aspettati sotto l'appartamento e ci ha accolto spiegandoci con chiarezza e gentilezza ogni dettaglio e comfort della struttura. L'appartamento è completo di ogni comodità (perfino lavatrice, lavastoviglie, microonde e macchinetta del caffè). Ci siamo sentiti subito a casa! La pulizia era eccellente e il kit di benvenuto trovato in cucina era abbondante, vario e gustoso. Mia figlia è celiaca e hanno avuto la premura di prendere qualcosa di idoneo anche per lei. La signora Annalisa è davvero SEMPRE SEMPRE SEMPRE disponibile, chiara e gentile, pronta a dare qualsiasi tipo di spiegazione o aiuto necessario, oltre a preoccuparsi della nostra qualità di soggiorno. Era la prima volta che andavamo a Torino, ed è stata una bellissima vacanza anche grazie a dove abbiamo alloggiato! Se dovessimo tornarci non avremmo dubbi su dove alloggiare. SEMPLICEMENTE GRAZIE!

Location - 10 minute tram ride from the station Size - 2 large bedrooms and a fantastic hot shower and bathroom Comfort - beds were comfortable and the apartment had everything we needed - including a great manual with recommendations Accessibility - had an elevator making life very easy for my mum. Grab rails in the bathroom and a seat in the shower (even I used it!) Close to all the main Turin attractions. Host was absolutely wonderful and has thought of everything to make a guests stay perfect.

Situation géographique parfaite pour visiter Turin. L’appartement est en plein centre (proche piazza Castello, proche Duomo, proche musée Égypte et musée du cinéma, super quartier pour sortir). Tout se fait à pied (à part musée automobile).L’appartement est spacieux, toutes les commodités sont présentes. Rien ne manque. Confort ++.Annalisa met tout a disposition, eau minérale, jus d’orange, petit déjeuner, les lits sont faits à l’arrivée, 3 serviettes pour tous.

Seul bémol: bruit lié au tram qui donne sur la 2ème chambre mais vraiment rien de grave. Pas de tram la nuit.Ma fille a très bien dormi.

My score is based on the terrible experience before even arriving to the property. There is a lengthy ‘contract’ that you need to sign before even seeing the place plus the EXACT time of check in needs to be agreed 5 days in advance, and if you’re off by 15mins you’ll be charged a penalty (which is completely out of reality for a traveller… your train, plane etc could be delayed etc). Anyway, since I missed the signing of the contract by 1 day, the owner sent me 7 emails, 8 messages in Booking.com, several whatsapp messages - including a 7.30mins voice msg!!! - I even received a call from booking.com!! All of this made me dread even coming to the property… and the worst part is that this happened just when cancellation was no longer free… Luckily the place is nice, but the stressing experience prior to starting my holiday is definitely not worth this property! I have stayed several times in flats in Italy and is the fist time I experience such a situation. There should definitely be a warning!
