Great apartment in good location but with unpleasant smell

The property was located across the Turin market. Many bus and tram lines nearby. Palazzo Real five minutes by foot. Great grocery shopping at the marke for fruit and vegetables and cheese. The apartment is very spacious with two bedrooms and a large and comfortable sitting/dining/sitting room. Very clean. Absolutely quiet with the windows closed and comfortable with the windows open.

There was a pervasive foul smell in the bathrooms as if the sanitary pipes were not vented properly. The owner attempted to remedy this by putting home fragrance in the apartment. It did not do much to improve the smell Checking in was a bit complicated because the instructions did not inform us that we had to call the office so that they could buzz us into the courtyard and then in the staircase to the apartment. We then needed to retrieve the key from a lock box at the 4th floor apartment in order to operate the elevator.

DO NOT STAY HERE

Do not stay here. We booked the apartment for 3 adults and 2 kids and they only offer us sheet for 2 beds. The advertising says 2 beds + 1 futon + 2 sofa beds and they only put sheets in 2 beds. For the rest, you need to pay extra EUR30 for each bed. The apartment is nice, but it was not clean. One of the bathroom was smelly. The entrance of the building was scary. The street also. Not a nice place to be at night at all. And the host was very good rude, not solving is the bed’s problem if we don’t pay.

L'espace de la location. Le nombre de lit La propreté malgré une odeur d'égout.

L'emplacement à côté du marché où il y a du monde de 5h30 du matin à 15h il est impossible de circuler donc difficile de se garer pour décharger les bagages et pour recharger les bagages. Obligé de se garer au parking souterrain donc frais supplémentaires. Odeur d'égout qui remonte dans l'appartement. Personne pour vous accueillir et vous expliquer l'accès à l'appartement, seulement par téléphone donc un peu compliqué. Pas de toilette ailleurs que dans les chambres. Donc ceux qui dorment dans le salon sont obligés de venir dans une chambre pour les toilettes.

Super alloggio nel cuore di Torino

La struttura è dotata di ogni comfort, grande e davvero pulita. La posizione ottimale perché in pochissimo tempo si raggiunge il centro (a due passi da piazza Castello). Perfetta per un gruppo, davvero ben strutturata. Contatti perfetti con l'host.

Avremmo apprezzato una doppia chiave essendo in gruppo. Ma non avendola richiesta prima non conosco se sia possibile o meno. Ad ogni modo il soggiorno è andato benissimo e consiglieremo la struttura ben volentieri!

Bellissimo appartamento in una zona non fantastica

Appartamento molto ampio e ristrutturato con gusto e attenzione. L’host molto gentile e disponibile. Molte le accortezze tra cui il farci trovare ombrelli a disposizione, prodotti da bagno, cialde del caffè e bustine per il the.

La posizione. Nonostante in zona centrale l’appartamento si trova in una posizione mal frequentata. La corte interna del palazzo è lasciata un po’ al degrado.

הדירה יפה, מעוצבת נעים ומרווחת מאוד. כיף להיכנס ולחזור אליה בסוף יום של טיולים בעיר. מיקום סמוך למרכז העיר (ממש רחוב אחד או שניים מהרחובות המרכזיים). כשהגענו חיכתה לנו בחורה שעזרה לנו להיכנס לדירה והסבירה מה שצריך לדעת. במהלך היום טיילנו בעיר ועברנו על הדרך להחליף בגדים בדירה ולהתרענן. 2 חדרי שירותים ומקלחת.

השכונה קצת מפחידה, מרגיש לא בטוח להסתובב בחוץ בערב בגלל האוכלוסייה שמתגוררת באיזור. בניין בשיפוץ ומאוד מסורבל להיכנס. בהמלך היום יש מחוץ לבניין שוק לא סימפטי. דגלי פרי פלסטין מחלק ממרפסות הבניין. הדירה נמצאת בקומה רביעית והמעלית מגיעה רק עד קומה 3. מקשה על העלאת המזוודות ועם עגלה של תינוק

Appartamento molto bello ma caro.

L'appartamento è grande, ben strutturato e ben tenuto. Davvero molto bello. Proprio sotto casa c'è un forno pasticceria perciò si può fare colazione comodamente in casa.

Il prezzo è alto per il solo appartamento, non essendo inclusa la colazione. Un po' complicato l'uso dell'ascensore che arriva solo al terzo piano e l'alloggio si trova al quarto, quindi con le valigie è un tantino scomodo.
