The location wasn't too far from the underground station and the apartment was fairly clean

There wasn't any baking trays to cook food on, there were no tea towels to dry up with, the fan oven burnt most of our food even when following cooking instructions and keeping a close eye on it, the fridge was two fridges stacked on top of each other and were very old, the toilet in the bathroom wasn't screwed to floor and moved around, and the sealing around the the toilet was worn away causing the toilet to leak, there was nowhere in the bathroom to put toiletries, the beds and pillows were really uncomfortable, there were no bedside tables or lamps and there was no storage to put our kids clothes in the 2nd bedroom, the clothes horse was broke, so my husband ended up using coat hangers to keep it upright so we could put our washing on, the furnishings were old and worn and the sofa very uncomfortable, the kitchen table was very wobbly and there was only 2 placemats and coasters so not very useful for a family of four.
