Value for money and location (10-12 mins walk to the underground followed by 30-40 mins subway ride), easy check-in / check-out.
Very small rooms (which is probably a norm for London), cleanliness, the soft chair in the living room with its spots, the beds and pillows, lack of basic salt, sugar, tea and coffee in the kitchen, broken shower handle, the mirror next to the toilet bowl provides you an intriguing view however in reality just covers missing tile in the wall.
