Studio flat private bathroom wc and kitchenette

The studio is in a very convenient location. Within walking distance from Tottenham Hale station, with a direct train connection to Stansted airport and also a few minutes walk from Seven Sisters subway station, from where the tube will take you to the center of London in just 15 minutes. There is a large Tesco supermarket close to it as well. The place was clean, and the communication with our host was good. It was possible to leave our luggage there on the day of check-out, which was nice. We also liked the small kitchenette which was equipped a microwave. The double bed was comfortable.

The room was quite a bit smaller than we expected. It was listed as a room with a double and a single bed, and on the photos we had seen a table with 2 chairs, so we assumed there was also a place to sit. However, the table and chairs had to be in the corner of the room for the single bed to fit in it, so these could not be used. In general, there was very little space to move in the room with the 3 beds. The kitchen could do with some extra utensils; we only had 1 knife for 3 persons. Another thing that could have been better was out of control of our host, but still resulted in a few nights with little sleep during our stay. The room got very warm during the day, since it does not have air-conditioning, so we tried to keep all the windows open at night to let some cooler air in. Unfortunately the neighbour opposite to our room thought it was a good idea to get drunk 2 nights in a row and play loud music with his window open until 2am. Construction work was being done on the building next to his apartment, and the workers started somewhere before 7am in the morning, so after that it was also impossible to sleep.

Really close to seven sister’s station, food & cafe literally beneath.

Nothing property fault, just hot in summer

Localisation pratique avec metro et train pas loin. Hote serviable et efficace. Lit confortable. Cuisine suffisamment equipee. Petit snack avec petit dejeuner anglais a 25 metres.

Le studio etait beaucoup plus petit que prevu, il etait indique 38m², c'est au moins 2 fois plus petit. Il y avait pas mal de bruit, le soir du rez de chaussee et le matin des travaux par la fenetre.
