Facilities. Other places I've used have been awful. When I saw what was included I was very pleased.
The inability of certain people to walk around quietly.

Location excellent for my work requirements; self check in, easy and excellent. All appliances that you need in the flat - excellent!
It Was cold in the first day but the following days the heating was put on, so all good.
