Exceptional customer service. The room was private without feeling isolated, and I felt very safe throughout my stay. The convenient location, close to the Tube station and grocery shops, also made everything very easy and convenient for me.
I honestly don’t have any negative comments. My only wish as a non-student would be to be able to return for short stays in the future whenever I’m travelling to London!

Location was great, easy access to the station, clean room.
I had a great stay. The only room for improvement was picking up the room key. The lady who I showed my booking details to almost treated me as if I was lying, and didn’t believe that I had booked a room.

Student accomodation close to public transport & major shopping outlets. Easy commute to London & Stanstead airport. Clean. Easy check in. Very cheap accomodation.
I was very lucky to have whole flat to myself. Price I paid would be OK for sharing flat. But I noticed price went up significantly later which for basic student accomodation might be too expensive for some.

Staff were helpful. Kitchen is useful. Right next to Tottenham Hale station so perfect if arriving in Stansted.
The room was extremely warm. We stayed during the heatwave so may be better another time. The bed was quite small and uncomfortable. No fans were available to help with the heat
