We stayed here two nights, and it’s not bad for a short visit. The location is fantastic: super easy access to public transport and  very close to the theater, little shops and good places to eat. Really convenient! The room looks fairly clean at first glance, especially the areas in plain sight. But if you look a bit closer, you’ll notice some of the less obvious spots are quite grubby. The balcony looked like a mini tornado had just passed through. And the cutlery? Still dirty, so we stuck to eating out... which was more fun anyway. The entrance to the building could definitely use some love as well. The carpet was dirty and the whole vibe was a bit scruffy. Not the best first impression, but luckily we didn’t spend much time indoors.

All in all: good location, the basics are okay, but it could be cleaner and better maintained. Fine for a couple of days, but not particularly comfortable. We'd rate this place a 7 if there had been more than 1 towel per person and if the bathroom and kitchen had been supplied with guest towels and dish towels, respectively. The owner told us to use paper towels instead. I mean, seriously?!
