A little hard to tell which keysafe was the pke I needed as it was worn out but the actual property was a very pleasant and clean environment

Please make the signage for the keysafe more visible

Spacious rooms and good value for money

No welcome pack , showing WiFi password and information about the television. Communication was lacking from the host

Handy location. Spacious living area. Access procedure simple once received. Provisions in kitchen good - tea and coffee a nice touch. Effective double glazing kept noise out - same windows gave good ventilation when open. Good wifi. Owner brought new ironing board promptly when informed it was missing. Shower and hot water system worked well (heating not used).

Final check in instructions only emailed on afternoon of stay but not noticed as travelling. Previous communication had not advised that further essential instructions would be sent shortly before arrival. Only found out after phone call to owner on arrival at previously advised arrival time. Entrance hallway a complete mess - unfinished concrete floor with large pothole, holes in walls. Continuous nasty drain type smell from shower room. Black mould in shower. Most wardrobe doors impossible to open properly - crazy layout. Place had not quite finished feel - price tags still on items and packing lying about in cupboards. Iron had burned on material.
