Perfect mixture of old city center, beaches and national park.

The apartment was very beautiful with two nice balconies. It was close to many beaches (4 min of walking) and the bus station to the city center.

The air conditioning was a bit weak for the size of the room and needed quite some time to cool it down.

Simple apartement with nice beaches (10 min walk, across the street) and the old city centre (20 min walk) nearby. Free parking is included. Nice and quiet neighborhood.

The room itself is quite small. We stayed for four nights which we feel is the perfect amount of time to spend in Split and the accommodation.

A comfortable and amazing place to stay during an incredible trip

We loved the balcony. The view was amazing and you can see the sea from up there. It has a table for two where you can eat breakfast, with the coffee machine provided by the amazing host. The toilet is also something we liked there. Very clean and separated from the shower, allowing us some privacy during our stay. The kitchen comes with all utensils, a mini fridge and an oven. All in good condition.

The couch bed is a little small. However, that is understandable given that I’m 190 cm.

Nice and quiet stay.

The apartment was simple but comfortable, very well situated (20 minutes walk from the city center, very close to nice beaches), in a quiet neighborhood. The bed is comfortable and the terrasse very nice. The wifi connexion works well. The owner is very kind, available, and very pleasant.

The walls are very thin and you can hear the neighbours. Hopefully, they were not so noisy at night !

Location. Close to the beach. However it is better to use car insted of public transport for shopping or restaurants.. As option the Uber is fine and affordable to get city centre.

Exceptional

Perfect location - lovely and really safe! The property was exactly as described. It is situated in a very calm neighbourhood, close to the Obojena Beach and Kašjuni Beach (with a beautiful sunsets) and around 15 minutes by foot from city centre. The apartament was great and contained everything what we needed. The host was amazing, very helpful, showed us the apartment and answered all our questions. We wish we could stay for a little bit longer. Thank you again for everything! Hvala! :) A & E

Silent oasis in the vicinity of paradise

Perfect location! Apartment is situated in a very calm neighbourhood in densely forrested area of Marjan Peninsula, between famous Ivan Meštrović Gallery and Kaštelet-Crikvine chapel. City centre is in the walking distance (approx. 20 minutes by foot or 5 minutes by bus), as well as beautiful beaches of Kašjuni (15 minutes by foot or 2 minutes by bus), Kaštelet & Obojena (5 minutes by foot), Ježinac (7 minutes by foot). Nearest supermarkets and restaurants are located near the port area (15 minutes by foot). Great host, English speaking, very helpful and open to suggestions. If you want to escape from the overcrowded city streets, this is a place for you.

Borzalmas házigazda, messze elkerülni ezt a szállást.

A szállás elhelyezkedése, közel volt a strand

Elképesztően arrogáns és visszataszító volt a tulajdonos! Már az érkezéskor elkezdte szídni a magyarokat (én is az vagyok) mert korábban valamelyik honfitársam szóvá merte tenni az értékelésben az appartman hibáit. (Utólag visszakerestem, teljesen jogos felvetések voltak fotókkal illusztrálva.) Nem is értettem hogy engedheti meg magának ezt a stílust. Az igazi rémisztő akkor történt amikor elhagytuk a szállást. Előre jeleztem, hogy számlát fogok kérni a szállásfoglalásról, és leírtam a cégem nevét ahová a számlát címezze. Már azon felháborodott, hogy neki számlát kell kiállítani, de végül nagy kegyesen megígérte, hogy az utolsó nap hozza a számlát. Azonban a fecni amit adott nem tartalmazta azt az egyetlen fontos dolgot amit kértem, nevezetesen a cégem adatait ahová a számlát címezni kellett volna. Amikor ezt szóvá tettem, magából kikelve üvöltözött és végül gyakorlatilag kizavart az apartmanból. Szegény feleségem sírva szaladt ki az appartmanból. Csak azért nem került tettlegességre a dolog mert idős emberről van szó és nem vagyok az erőszak híve. Amúgy az apartman hozta amit írtak, bár a tisztasággal voltak gondok. A környék is rendezetlen, a kilátás a szomszéd ház falára volt. Hiányzott a mikró és a kenyérpirító, mindössze két lábos és egy ócska serpenyő volt a konyha felszereltség. Az apartman bemutatásakor azt érzékeltette, hogy ő tesz szívességet azzal hogy használhatom a szállást! Nagyon rossz szájízzel és emlékkel távoztunk!
