Unforgettable Stay with Friends – A Hidden Gem with Sea Views

Our stay at this unique residence with a garden and sea view was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how peaceful, charming, and beautifully maintained the property was. It felt like our own private retreat—perfect for a relaxing trip with friends. The rooms were stylish and cozy, each with its own character, and the attention to detail really made the space feel special. The garden was one of our favorite spots—lush, quiet, and ideal for enjoying morning coffee or evening drinks. What made this place stand out most was the combination of nature and comfort. We were just a short distance from the beach, but also had our own peaceful corner to unwind. The sunsets over the sea from the terrace were absolutely breathtaking. Irma was incredibly helpful and friendly, always available if we needed anything but also gave us space to enjoy ourselves. She gave great local tips, including nearby restaurants, hidden beach spots, and things to do in the area. We were all really excited about this trip, and this stay exceeded our expectations in every way. It was the perfect place for reconnecting, laughing, and making great memories together. If you’re planning a getaway with friends and want something a little more special than the usual hotel experience, we highly recommend this place. We didn’t want to leave—and we’re already talking about coming back!

Exceptional

The apartment is wonderful, with gorgeous garden where you can rest after sightseeing tour. It is quite spacious, freshly renovated, with air conditioning in both bedrooms and has everything you might need on your travel. It's located ~15 min walk form the city center to the east and nice little beach to the west. The owner is remarkably hospitable, friendly and helpful.

The owner said that the garden is often visited by cats, but none came while we were there :( Other than that there is really nothing to complain about, everything was perfect

Really great location and lovely flat with relaxed outdoor space.

Really lovely flat that is well located for old town, the palace and the beaches. All you could want and very clean and spacious. Loads of outside space and a secure outside corridor beside the terrace ( good for drying beach wear etc). Excellent. Irma was really helpful with her advice and very kind.

Nice spacious house, with garden. House looks freshly renovated and everything we needed was there. Irma was quick to reply and very friendly.

Great appartement, charming and cozy

Absolutely charming, new and spotless clean, well equipped, very good beds and the terrace is an absolute highlight, we loved it! The hostess was very helpful and nice, always there if needed. It’s close enough to walk everywhere and far enough to have peaceful nights, perfect for us.

If back in Split I wouldn’t stay anywhere else!!!

The host, Irma was very accommodating and sweet. She was quick to respond to all our questions and needs. She even brought us beach towels and a change of sheets during our stay. The place is conveniently located. It is walking distance to old town, the beach and the grocery stores. The place is very modern and clean with new amenities throughout the house. The balcony has a beautiful partial sea view and lots of greenery and plenty of room to hang out and have meals. The beds are super comfortable and kids enjoyed free Netflix on the TV. Irma was a super host.

Highly recommended, 10min walk from city center, West Coast and city beaches. Newly renovated!

I highly recommend Unique residence when in Split. I stayed for a couple of days and me and my husband were the first visitors. The place is completely renovated and brand new, with very charming design! A plus is a beautiful garden for chilling and eating outside. I came by car but I did not used it as the city center is 10min walking by The West side and 10min walk from nicest city beaches like Kastelet. The position is the best and the neighborhood is very quiet and elite. Thank you Irma for the warm welcome!

Lokalizacja znakomita. Pobyt z dziećmi bardzo udany. Dojście spacerem do plaży oraz do starego miasta, blisko dobrze wyposażony sklep oraz piekarnia. Jednocześnie bardzo spokojnie. Bardzo czysto i komfortowo. Na miejscu wszystko co potrzebne. Osobne wejście i taras, z którego widać morze. Bardzo czysto i wszystko zadbane. Kontakt z właścicielką bardzo dobry i szybki.
