Unique residence with garden and sea view

Location is great, 10 minutes walk to the marina.

The house doesn’t have a living room, has two bedrooms, kitchen and a bathroom. But still cozy. Has a nice outdoor seating area

Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Empfang von Irma. Die Ausstattung für diese Unterkunft ist super. Man findet in der Unterkunft alle notwendigen Dinge für den Alltag. (Klorollen, Müllbeutel, Reinigungsutensilien) Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Die Schlafzimmer waren sehr groß. Die Terrasse bzw. die Außenanlagen sind herrlich zum verweilen. Es war sehr sauber! Parkplatz direkt vor der Eingangstür. Man ist sehr schnell zu Fuß in der Innenstadt, am Strand oder im Marjan Park. Perfekte Lage.

Die Straße ist direkt an der Terrasse und die ist recht gut befahren. Direkt gegenüber der Terrasse sind die öffentlichen Mülltonnen, wo sehr viele Menschen halten und Müll entsorgen, welches auch einen Gewissen Lärm mit sich bringt. Nicht wirklich Schlimm, aber schöner wäre ohne :)

Super accueil par Irma. Des petites attentions nous attendaient à notre arrivée (chocolats, café et 1 bonne bouteille de vin blanc). Le logement est bien équipé et proche du centre, du port, plage, musée... on peut tout faire à pieds ce qui est bien pratique. Merci à Irma pour son accueil et sa gentillesse 😀

Our stay at this unique residence with a garden and sea view was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how peaceful, charming, and beautifully maintained the property was. It felt like our own private retreat—perfect for a relaxing trip with friends. The rooms were stylish and cozy, each with its own character, and the attention to detail really made the space feel special. The garden was one of our favorite spots—lush, quiet, and ideal for enjoying morning coffee or evening drinks. What made this place stand out most was the combination of nature and comfort. We were just a short distance from the beach, but also had our own peaceful corner to unwind. The sunsets over the sea from the terrace were absolutely breathtaking. Irma was incredibly helpful and friendly, always available if we needed anything but also gave us space to enjoy ourselves. She gave great local tips, including nearby restaurants, hidden beach spots, and things to do in the area. We were all really excited about this trip, and this stay exceeded our expectations in every way. It was the perfect place for reconnecting, laughing, and making great memories together. If you’re planning a getaway with friends and want something a little more special than the usual hotel experience, we highly recommend this place. We didn’t want to leave—and we’re already talking about coming back!
