Perfect

We had an amazing stay in Split, and this apartment was perfect. It had stunning views, a wonderful terrace, a comfortable bed and all the facilities you could need. The host was easy to contact and very helpful and met us on arrival. It is a 10 minute walk down hill to the centre of split and a supermarket is 5 minutes from the apartment. Highly recommended for a relaxing and comfortable stay!

Fantastic view of the sea and Old Split in a close but quiet area.

Fantastic views, quiet location, and very clean. Communications from the host were always timely and very clear.

For us it was not a problem but the property is about a 20 minute walk to the old town. However, we never had a problem finding an Uber which usually cost between $7-10 for the return.

Excellent

Location was perfect. 10-15 mins walk from the centre and 10 mins walk from the nearest beach. The Old Town centre has many flats for rent but staying there wouldn't have been as enjoyable due to their smaller sizes and how busy it is there. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, well equipped and very modern, with a fantastic view over both the city and the sea. Kat's Kitchen is just 5 mins walk away is the perfect spot for a great breakfast/lunch, with two local supermarkets only a further 2 mins away It was a nice touch to arrive at the apartment and find 2 beers, a bottle of wine, biscuits, tea and coffee provided.

Really is a splendid view.

The place really did have a splendid view. It is a top floor flat with a massive terrace and large windows, with one side overlooking the sea, and the other overlooking the old town. The place itself was spacious, clean and came with all the amenities you would need in an apartment. It is a short 10 minutes walk to the beach, and 15 minutes walk to the old town where all the restaurants and tourist spots are. I told my host, Tonkica, about my arrival time, and she was ready to greet me outside when I got there. She was such a lovely lady, introduced me to the flat and sent me a whole list of recommendations for good restaurants and tours, etc. Waking up to see the crystal blue see and lingering over the peacefulness of the moon hanging over the ocean are probably the things I would miss the most about this flat.

Très bon séjour

Appartement agréable, quasiment neuf et complètement équipé. Place de parking disponible gratuitement sur demande. Belle vue sur la mer car l'appartement est en hauteur avec de nombreuses vitres. Terrasse agréable avec le soleil le matin et à l'ombre l'après-midi. Climatisation disponible dans la chambre et le salon si besoin. Volet roulant électrique. Bonne disponibilité du contact qui nous a accueilli. Bonne localisation avec une belle plage proche, la colline Marjan derrière et le centre-ville à 15 grosses minutes à pied. Je recommande.

Tous les points positifs ont un prix. Tarif peut-être un peu élevé mais à chacun de se poser la question avant de réserver !
