Very good

The appartment was large and nice. Kitchen was well equipped. Comfortable bed. Good location, very close to Turia park, metro and bike rental were close. Nice bakery and large supermarket just around the corner. City center 10min by foot. Owner is very friendly. We were able to drop off our luggage in the morning, which was very nice.

There was only 1 (large) towel per person. A second smaller towel per person would have been nice.

We stayed 7 nights and had a great time. Eduardo provided us with a crib for the baby, and a high chair for feeding the baby. The flat was nice and large, good kitchen well equipped. Great location, 10 minutes walk to the city center... Eduardo is an excellent host and approachable. On arrival, he was waiting for us and drove us from the airport to the apartment, and on departure he drove us to the airport. Overall, an excellent choice. A good ratio of what is offered in relation to the price

Nice place, but needs better cleaning and some fixes.

Good communication with the host. Close to subway an a supermarket. Not far from city center.

The place is not very well maintained. Shower head was broken on arrival. Shower pan and bedroom floor were not very clean. Street noise in the bedroom, but this is expected on the ground floor.

Good apartment close to historic centre - would recommend staying here

The location is very good, just 10 minutes walk from the historic centre. Great restaurant almost next door and lots of bars for drinks and tapas very close. Bus stop and metro stop just a few minutes walk with good connections all over the city. Nice little patio area at the rear for drinks or eating. Eduardo is a very helpful host.

great stay in a wonderful flat

We stayed 3 nights and had a great time. The flat is on the ground floor in an old building with its own wooden old door. The flat was very large. First, a bedroom, then a block with the bathroom and then a spacious living area including the kitchen and a relaxing area and a large screen (including a connection to Netflix). And this is completed by a outdoor terrace! A mix of robust noble materials (wood, bricks, cord) and composite, giving a mix of rustic and modern look. Very successful and impressive. Good kitchen well equipped and good bathroom. Nice bed. 15 walk to the old city door and the food market.

The bedroom is facing the street and the window is not particularly well isolated. True, there is a wooden inside shade that isolates the room from the street noice. There were not a lot of traffic though, and at the end, it was not too bothersome. The shower head could be changed for ultimate comfort. We did not used the terrace as it is walled and quite hot. There are some plants but could be made cooler. The ashtrays were not emptied! The flat could be a bit dusty due to brick walls.

Highly recommended.

Nice area, variety of bars and shops (even erotic shop 100m away :) ), not far from CC. Beautifully furbished apartment with character. Good wifi and choice of TV channels. Good communication with host who provided us a ride.

Bedroom was from street side and soon we did realise we hear all street noises quite loud there. Luckily area is not busy at night. Also terrace is a bit different than we expected, it's like well on ground floor surrounded by walls so all your noises are well heard in a block.

Great place in Valencia for a reasonable price.

The apartment is spacious and beautiful, the interior design is special and unique. The apartment is very well equipped: washing machine, oven and so on. The kitchen provided olive oil, salt etc. If you stay longer and need to do grocery shopping there is a Mercadona in 2 minutes walking. Parking looks hopeless at first but if you do one or two rounds around the block you're sure to find a vacant space. Parking spaces marked white are free all day. Old town is within 20 minutes walking. We were late for check in but the host's wife was very kind to give us the keys anyway. Checkout was a breeze.

Speciale e perfetto!

Siamo stati in Soggiorno per una settimana quasi: io il mio compagno e la mia bambina di 9 anni e oltre ad essere meravigliosa Valencia come città, Edu e suo figlio sono stati super accoglienti, disponibili e cordialissimi. Abbiamo poi capito, parlando col figlio che la casina, così deliziosa, é principalmente merito della mamma: davvero un gran gusto! Pulizia ottima, non mancava niente, comodissima, bagno completo del necessario come in hotel. Così come la cucina, e il robottino per spazzare, da noi nominato il fantastico “Cesare”! Posizione strategica: vicinissimo a piedi al meraviglioso Jardin de Turà, a 10 min a piedi dal centro città e Mercado Central. Davvero tutto perfetto! Ringraziamo davvero Edu e la sua famiglia, sicuro torneremo a Valencia e sicuro quando lo faremo chiederemo nuovamente a loro! Grazie infinite!

Tutto sommato l appartamento è spazioso , la terrazza esterna è un ottimo svago . La posizione a 20 min a piedi dalla cattedrale . La zona è fornita di supermercati e bar

La biancheria (asciugamani e lenzuola ) non mi davano la sensazione di pulito anzi avevano un po’ di odore .. purtroppo il risveglio con una blatta che camminava sulla mia mano non è stato piacevole. La camera essendo esposta al piano terra si sentono i rumori di chi passa nel marciapiede.

Perfecto para ver Valencia

La ubicación, barrio cerca del centro con todos los servicios, hay bastante aparcamiento aunque es en zona azul, el apartamento es muy amplio, tiene absolutamente de todo, y el barrio por la noche es tranquilo. La recogida de llaves es muy sencilla y el anfitrión es muy amable y es fácil contactar con él.

El colchón de la cama podría mejorarse.

l’appartamento è situato in posizione strategica per visitare la città e raggiungere la spiaggia, ed è dotato di ogni comfort (il terrazzino e là zona giorno sono davvero un plus) e super pulito. Inoltre Eduardo e stato molto gentile. Consigliatissima!!

Za mene jedan od najuspesnijih izbora smestaja preko Bukinga.

Lokacija je odlicna, na par minuta od istorijskog centa grada, a okruzenje je veoma prijatno, sa odlicnom pekarom, restoranima i samoposlugom u neposrednoj blizini. Apartman je veoma sarmantno uredjen, a pruza i svu potrebnu udobnost. Domacin je ponudio transport od aerodroma, kao i povratak po veoma razumnoj ceni. Time smo izbegli tazenje lokacije, ulaza, kljuceva.., a i dobili sve potrebne instrukcije kako se snaci u apartmanu. Takodje, pomogao nam je oko svega sto smo dodatno od njega trazili ( preporuke i rezervacije u restoranima).

Spavaca soba je blizu ulice, ali to nama nije smetalo

Ci tornerei sicuramente!

Casa bellissima, in una zona tranquilla a pochi km dal centro (ci si muove tranquillamente a piedi o in bici), pulita e comoda. Il proprietario nonostante il check in fosse alle 12:00 ci ha fatto sistemare prima e posare le valigie, super disponibile, ci ha consigliato come spostarci, cosa vedere e poi ci ha accompagnato all’aeroporto al check out, senza avere nessuna preoccupazione di prenotare un uber o andare in metro. Consiglio tantissimo!

Ondanks de nadelen, vonden wij het goed tot zeer goed. De nadelen kunnen makkelijk verholpen worden.

Dat in de keuken alles tot de beschikking was. Er is zelf een wasmachine, een vaatwasser en een grote koelkast. De keuken had werkelijk alles.

Wat tegen viel is dat je wel een lichte muf geur rook. Dus er moet meer gelucht worden. En op de binnen terras achter was de vloer niet schoongemaakt.
