The property itself was good, but the staff/check in service extremely unfriendly. We had late check in, and we made a note at the booking resevation. Meanwhile, we informed them several times via booking and via the contact number. No feedback within more than a month. We arrived with small kids at 22:20, called few times the contact number. After few attempts, the service agency answered, it looked like we had woken them up. Ok, they say someone is on the way with the keys, we ask how long would this take? Answered they don know. We waited with small kids sleeping outside. Called once again after more than 30minutes when we were yelled why we did not say who we were, that we should said that we made a booking via booking.com and were instructed to ring the X. dorbell, got instructed how to get the keys. This could have been avoided if the service agency would work correctly and sent the instructions in advance. We got yelled from the agency and we got hung up.

Convenient location, near public transport, a park, cafes, bars, restaurants, groceries, cinema.
The flat is clean and comfortable, well laid out. The shower is good. We were very comfortable there. We had to call the owner at 3.00 a.m. on day of departure (sorry!!!!) and they took the call, which I appreciated. The owner was also very helpful when the electricity went off.
The kitchen needs a few more pots and pans and utensils.
We weren't told that we needed to empty a tray under the boiler, so it overflowed.
The air conditioner cools the main space well, but doesn't reach the bedrooms.
The downside of the flat being close to amenities is that it can be noisy at night.

The apartament is not located in city center, but it's 15 minutes walking from it, also close to the airport and in a nice, clean neighbourhood, with a lot of bars and restaurants around it. It has 3 bedrooms, with 1 master bed and 2 small. Plenty of storage space in all the rooms, also big kitchen with few utensils.
The host is responding very fast when you write, helped us with the keys although we arrived super late 👌
The wi-fi is easy to connect and use all over the apartament
I would suggest to clean a little bit the kitchen and maybe try to make a better ventilation in the bathroom.

Very spacious apartament, even if the block staircases where very very tight.
Minimal and nice arrangements.
The washing machine was really helpful.
Air conditioner great.
The ability to shadow all windows during day.
Nice location, near to bus station, walking distance to Bioparc. Near to Turia park. Locations opened for breakfast and drinks right near. Also supermarket was close.
Host was very nice, really helpful with everything we encountered through the days.
The sheets, towels, electronics where a bit old, but happy everything was clean.
Not enough cutlery for 4 persons.
A bit of salt, oil would be helpful to have in the kitchen.
In the night the traffic was really loud, and could not keep the windows open for comfort. One room had windows in the back yard, and was awesome.
