L’appartement est confortable, pas de superflu. On s’y sent bien. Il est très bien situé, proche centre ville et parc de la Turia.

The property itself was good, but the staff/check in service extremely unfriendly. We had late check in, and we made a note at the booking resevation. Meanwhile, we informed them several times via booking and via the contact number. No feedback within more than a month. We arrived with small kids at 22:20, called few times the contact number. After few attempts, the service agency answered, it looked like we had woken them up. Ok, they say someone is on the way with the keys, we ask how long would this take? Answered they don know. We waited with small kids sleeping outside. Called once again after more than 30minutes when we were yelled why we did not say who we were, that we should said that we made a booking via booking.com and were instructed to ring the X. dorbell, got instructed how to get the keys. This could have been avoided if the service agency would work correctly and sent the instructions in advance. We got yelled from the agency and we got hung up.

Convenient location, near public transport, a park, cafes, bars, restaurants, groceries, cinema.
The flat is clean and comfortable, well laid out. The shower is good. We were very comfortable there. We had to call the owner at 3.00 a.m. on day of departure (sorry!!!!) and they took the call, which I appreciated. The owner was also very helpful when the electricity went off.
The kitchen needs a few more pots and pans and utensils.
We weren't told that we needed to empty a tray under the boiler, so it overflowed.
The air conditioner cools the main space well, but doesn't reach the bedrooms.
The downside of the flat being close to amenities is that it can be noisy at night.

De locatie. Het was dicht bij een bushalte, Metro station en fiets verhuur. De bedden waren ook heel goed. En het was goed schoon
De buren van het ander gebouw, aangrenzend aan onze slaapkamer waren heel luidruchtig ook nog laat in de avond. Soms werd het pas rond 00:30 stil. Je kon leteerlijk verstaan wat er gezegd werd. Ook het gebouw waar we verbleven was het luidruchtig met deuren die vroeg om 6 uur in de ochtend hard dicht gingen. Er was ook geluidsoverlast van het verkeer van de drukke straat voor het appartement. Waardoor we soms slecht sliepen.
Er was geen theedoek en handdoek in de keuken aanwezig. Geen schaar en handzeep. Er was wel handzeep in de badkamer. Geen informatie over alarm nummers die gebeld kunnen worden bij nood of spoed en geen info over waar de supermarkt, bus, metro is. Geen informatie over dingen die er te doen zijn in de omgeving.
We hadden van te voren gevraagd of we tussen 13 en 14 uur de bagage konden neer zeten en dan weer weg konden gaan. Dit kon maar toen we er aankwamen bleek de vorige klant nog niet weg te zijn en moesten we een half uur wachten.
