L’appartamento era davvero molto bello, curato e dotato di tutti i comfort. La posizione è comodissima: il centro si raggiunge con una piacevole e breve passeggiata. Un plus sicuramente importante, soprattutto considerando le temperature di Valencia, è l’aria condizionata, che è stata installata recentemente. All’arrivo Elizabeth e suo marito sono stati carinissimi: due persone davvero splendide, disponibili e accoglienti! Consiglio assolutamente questo appartamento a chiunque voglia soggiornare a Valencia. Ci siamo trovati benissimo!

Ubicacion. Estaba limpio y reformado.
La actitud de la propietaria. En plena ola de frío, no funcionaban los calefactores y hacía mucho frío en el apartamento. Llamé a la propietaria para informarla a la media hora de realizar el check in, y para que me diese una solución. En principio me dijo que le era imposible acercarse y conseguir otros calefactores un viernes a las ocho de la tarde en Valencia...que nos teníamos que esperar al día siguiente. Tuve que volver a llamarla y me dió la misma respuesta. A la media hora nos trajo unos calefactores de la tienda del chino de muy mala calidad. Tampoco nos dejó dejar las maletas en el apartamento durante dos horas, tras el check out.
