Pleasant stay, nice hosts, adequate accommodation

The building is in a nice area, and a good location (20-min walk max to the center). The staff was very friendly and they even managed to save us a free parking spot on the street (otherwise, there's the option to park in a garage, but that one is paid). The room had aircon. The bathroom was nice, but the shower leaked a bit due to it not being fully covered. There are outlets near the bed, there's a mini-fridge and a hair dryer.

Terrible soundproofing. The host assigned us the back room, with garden view, as opposed to the street facing one, but there was too much noise, especially from the reception which was right next to our room. A full body mirror would've been nice. Access was only through stairs. Could use a major revamping.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional stay! Villa Nina Hotel & Lounge Bar exceeded all my expectations. The location is absolutely perfect—close to everything in Skopje. My room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The lounge bar was a lovely spot to relax in the evenings. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city!

Great value for money.

Great place for the budget conscious traveller. Truly good value for money. Goran is an absolutely fantastic host. Do opt for the scrumptious breakfast, it is fresh, filling and enough for three people. Very good water pressure and really nice hot water.

The extractor fan in the bathroom is annoyingly loud and reverbrates in the whole room. Otherwise, the place is neat, tidy, clean, great value for money

Home away from home

Hospitality of Goran and team was fabulous, generous assistance in facilitating communication with taxi drivers. Breakfast was sumptuous. The Othodox Cathedral is just 300 metres away. Hotel walking distance to major tourist sights

Great stay in central Skopje

We stayed at the hotel just for one night and it was a pleasant experience. The room was comfortable, maybe not super big but clean and functional. The manager was extremely kind and helpful. We decided to get the breakfast and it was delicious and the portion very generous. All in all I can recommend the place and would stay there again.

We stayed on a Saturday night in a room facing the street - it was a bit loud from the restaurant on the opposite side in the evening.

The location is very good and the host is as well. The rooms has the basic amenities you will need for a short stay.

Value for money /convinient location

The location is amazing. Walking distance to Macedonian square/Stone bridge /Skopje zoo etc. Shops , bakeries and restaurants around the area also. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to make sure our stay was great.

Perfect for a citytrip in Skopje!

Super friendly staff, Goran explained us everything there is to see in Skopje (everything is within walking distance from Vila Nina!), and he helped us find a good parking spot for our car. They even prioritised the cleaning of our room when we got there very early in the morning so we could check in earlier. Comfy room with all you need. Would definitely recommend!

We will definitely use Villa Nina when we come back

The host was very accommodating, nothing was an issue, as our transfer was late in the day he let us use the little restaurant in the leafy backyard with wifi aircon and cooking appliances until we were ready to leave he rang a cab for us. The room was spacious and had everything we needed including lots of storage space for clothes The location was central to everything a 10 minute or less walk to shops, attractions restaurants in a beautiful boho leafy area

Basic stay on a good location

The location is excellent, close to the old & new city. The accommodation is in a neighbourhood with many bars and restaurants. The host was friendly and helpful.

The beds were not that comfortable and the AC was right above our heads. The room was outdated. The name of the accommodation is a bit misleading; it is not a hotel and there is also no lounge bar.

Very nice apartment. Rooms are cleaned daily. Beds are confortable. Washing machine is available. Kitchen well equiped. Plenty of storage space. Everything is as described. Kids enjoyed the pool. The apartment has a parking slot. The host is very helpful and responds quickly.

Superb

The hotel was located in the heart of Skopje. The manager, Goran, was really friendly, and helped us a lot. We wanted to do a day trip to Tetovo and he drove us to the bus station. Overall, our stay was perfect.

shabby bathroom. completely usable but the toilet seat didn’t match the toilet which made it less comfortable to sit on. shower had a slightly crumpled shampoo bottle; not sure if it was left on purpose or by mistake. still, the bathroom was entirely usable.

The owner of the hotel was very helpful, even he got us from the bus station and he gave us bigger room and extra heater. The bathroom was clean. The location was good.

There was some hair on the bed and some dirt on the towel. No single-use slippers but there was a normal standard slipper but we didn't use. No single-use shampoo. There was big standard bottle.
