Great.. but!

Great location easy to walk everywhere . Only real issue was the bathroom. Shower was pretty unusable as it was set in a corner bath with no screen so whole room was flooded every time. Really needs upgraded to a proper shower unit. Oven and drawers in fridge could have been cleaner and needed larger TV! But owner extremely nice and very accommodating..one image is of us trying to dry our clothes inside with no dryer 😂

Comfy flat

The apartment is very comfy, well equipped and very clean. The location is excellent: just 5 minutes away from the beach, the old town can be reached in 20 minutes by walking, shops and restaurants nearby. Free parking can be found on the street near the apartment. Excellent host. We totally recommend it. Thank you for having us!

Nice place to stay in Estepona

An apartment specially prepared for tourists in a large building, conveniently located a short walk from Estepona's port and also walkable distance to the center. Nice balcony with splendid mountain view and a nice park right below. The apartment itself was very clean and well-furnished for self-catering, included separate kitchen/living room and bedroom. Free street parking in the area and it was not difficult to find a place within 50 meters or so.

A few minor issues: - only a small, low table in the living room and also a very small table on the balcony, - the washing machine did not work, - there were some minor plumbing issues during our stay, - only a capsule coffee express, not easy to find right capsules. Adding a simple Italian-style cafeteria would be a small but considerable improvement!

Very nice apartment and great location

The location was very good. Near to town and beaches, but in a quiet area. The air con was very efficient. We received a lovely welcome accompanied by complementary wine, beers and pop.

El baño y habitación tan amplios. David nos explicó todo fenomenal, y la verdad que está bien ubicado. Cerca del puerto y a 15 minutos del centro paseando.

Excepcional !!

Sinceramente todo en conjunto fue excepcional, desde el momento en el que pisé Estepona. Incluso David vino a buscarme a la estación de autobuses. Un trato inmejorable y su apartamento fabuloso, limpisimo, moderno, coqueto y con vistas !! Ya tengo ganas de volver tambien en verano con mi hijo !! 🥰🥰🥰

Große Wohnung, ruhig gelegen mit Blick ins Grüne

Schon die Schlüsselübergabe verlief prima. Abseits vom Touristenrummel liegt diese Unterkunft sehr ruhig an einem Park. An die etwas harte Matratze musste ich mich erst gewöhnen, was aber nach 2 Nächten gelang. Gefallen hat mir, dass die gut ausgestattete Küche etwas vom Wohnbereich abgetrennt und das Schlafzimmer separat ist. Auf dem Balkon zu sitzen mit Blick ins Grüne war ein Genuss! In der Nähe gibt es gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Dank des Tipps vom Vermieter war ich jeden Abend im Restaurant "San Isidro", wo es gute Tapas zum günstigen Preis gibt 😊. Ich komme gern wieder!

Keine deutschsprachigen Fernsehsender, was mich allerdings nicht allzu sehr gestört hat. Die Lage am Park bringt leider auch Mücken mit sich. Und so sehr ich mich auch bemühte, Fenster und Türen geschlossen zu halten: sie schafften es immer wieder, ins Schlafzimmer zu gelangen und störten die Nachtruhe. Daher empfehle ich, sich entsprechend zu wappnen 😉.

Prima verblijf.

Ruim appartement en een leuke host. Fijn ontvangen. Ligging is prima. Ansicht alles voor handen op een droogrek na. Her en der plakken de meubels een beetje. Het bubbelbad had bij de eerste keer gebruiken een zeer nare geur. Mooi uitzicht vanaf het balkon. Betaalbaar appartement. Goede wifi. Wat vervelend was, was de geluidsoverlast van alle buren. De host is hiervan op de hoogte gesteld en heeft de buren hier op aangesproken.

Volveremos!

Primero: excelente atención por parte de los anfitriones. David nos esperó hasta casi la medianoche para darnos las llaves, ya que nuestro vuelo se había atrasado. El apartamento en si es muy cómodo, muy bien equipado e impecablemente limpio. Nos sentimos como en casa. Muy buena ubicación en un barrio tranquilo, cerca del centro, del puerto y de las playas.

Buena estancia

El piso tiene dos aires acondicionados, habitación grande y terraza apañada. Además David nos dejó entrar antes el primer día y quedarnos algunas horas más el último, y dejó algunas bebidas en la nevera. Ubicación buena.

El alojamiento no dispone de parking (de plaza de garaje) aunque así se estipule y algunos vecinos eran un poco desagradables.

Appartement alsof je thuis bent met alles erop en eraan en balkon met goed uitzicht

De accommodatie is prima, alsof je thuis bent. Je kunt op het balkon zitten met uitzicht op een park en in de verte zie je het centrum van Estepona en de zee. We waren de oplader van de tandenborstel vergeten bij vertrek. De verhuurder was behulpzaam en wilde deze met de post versturen naar onze volgende locatie.

Het ligt niet in het oude centrum, maar in een buitenwijk. Op zich op redelijk korte afstand van het strand, maar naar het oude centrum is het bijna 20 minuten lopen, wel redelijk te doen, maar verder dan we aanvankelijk dachten.
