Absolutely perfect, so clean and had everything we needed

It had absolutely everything we needed. It was spotless to the point you would think it was brand new. So close to the beach, marina and old town, perfect location. The pool was fab and never seemed too busy.

Great place to stay

Loved the apartment, extremely clean and very well serviced with dishwasher, washing machine. Very spacious. Close to the beach in either direction and the marina market on Sundays is on your door step. Lucia who met us was lovely and friendly.

Nothing about the accommodation. There was confusion about the address so we arrived at the wrong address, just around the corner.

Very nice apartment near the sea and the port

Lovely apartment: very clean and comfortable. Location is perfect. The communication with the owner was really fast and efficient, we received a detailed instructions. We’ll recommend this apartment and if we come again to visit Estepona, we’ll love to stay here again.

Very well equipped apartment with amazing view and location.

The main highlight is of course the view from the balcony and the location :) The view from bedrooms is also very nice. The apartment is really big! It has absolutely everything you need and more (in kitchen, in bathrooms... really there was nothing that was missing for us, we were surprised how well equipped it was). We enjoyed our stay very much! We needed to contact the owner before arrival and she gave us the keys and gave us a tour describing everything in the garage and in the apartment.

The only little minus is that the beds were too soft for our liking.

Great accommodation close to the city center with garage and pool. Many restaurants nearby.

Great location directly at the harbour and close to the centre of Estepona. Good garage which is easily accessible. Very clean rooms, well equipped kitchen even with dishwasher and washing machine. Basic detergents and utensils (sponge, cloth, tabs for dishwasher,...) available. Small, but nice common pool for the accommodation complex (3 blocks).

Sometimes a bit noisy from the nearby street if the windows are kept open overnight

Our flight was delayed 5 hours meaning we arrived at 3am with 2 small children but the extremely friendly host Lucia stayed up to meet us and we were able to check in. great customer service.

Estepona Delight

Beautiful modern apartment, very well equipped. Great view and location overlooking the Marina which has many restaurants and bars. Can walk along the promenade to the Old Town. Has a pool. Miles of beach nearby.

We loved everything, although the small terrace could be a bit tight for 4 people. We were a couple so it was fine for us 😀

Loved watching the working fishing port from the balcony. Comfortable walk to Estepona town , but also lovely restaurants in the port . Spanish people in this area are so friendly.

the apartment was extremely well kept and very clean, everything was in good working order. bed was nice and comfortable. location was good - next to lots of restaurants and bars, only 15 minute walk to the old town. great view from the balcony. great communication before and during our stay, Lucia was very helpful!

Good location by harbour just out of Estepona centre but only 10 mins walk. Lovely view from balcony with views of Gibraltar and Africa. Plenty of good restaurants on doorstep including a well stocked grocery shop.

Pool was smaller than conveyed in the photos not good enough for some proper swimming.

A good place as a base to explore for shops, restaurants, bars, markets and beach.

The location was perfect. Right next to the Marina with shops, bars, restaurants (especially the fish restaurant near the lighthouse) markets, and a leisurely, pleasant 20-25 minute walk to the old town via the promenade and long, clean beaches. The apartment was exactly as described with everything we needed for two nights, inc beach/pool chairs we could use. The balcony was just big enough for four people and faced towards the Port/Sea area. Free underground parking. Air-con was great as was WiFi. Lift from garage to rooms.

The room wasn't ready at the time specified (16:00) but we were allowed to stay in the apartment until 14:00 on the day we left which was a good compromise. The bathrooms need some work on them. A little mouldy in the showers and the shower door on the bath leaked so the floor was wet and slippery. A bit cramped going to toilet as it was virtually right against the bath. It would have been better to swap the bidet/toilet over. We would have also preferred two double beds (requested but not available). The apartment is in a block with permanent residents and we had a handful of keys to carry around...one to get in the main door, one for the inside door to the lift, front door key, key for the gates to the pool area, ket to get out the back entrance to the apartments and one for the garage. There were so many keys, that there was a colour coded key chart! Although not the Hosts fault, the hallways were very dark and although there were light switches on the wall, they were identical to doorbells, which we pressed by mistake one evening as it was so dark. The garage is very dark as well. But maybe this could be fed back to the owner of the building.

Volveremos a este apartamento

Apartamento muy cómodo, tiene todo lo que puedas necesitar para pasar unas vacaciones perfectas y lo mejor son las vistas desde la terraza al puerto. Hay una piscina comunitaria un poco pequeña pero suficiente para refrescarse. Está muy cerca de la playa de la Rada, por el paseo marítimo llegas hasta el casco histórico de Estepona en 20 minutos caminando, la playa del Cristo está a unos 15 minutos andando, está playa es de arena más fina y cubre poco, ideal para niños pequeños. El apartamento tiene una plaza de parking amplia para un coche grande. La atención de Lucia ha sido excelente, tuvimos una avería eléctrica y respondió rápidamente dando una solución lo antes posible. Además nos recomendó sitios para comer y visitar, también información de la feria. Cuando volvamos a Estepona nos alojaremos de nuevo en este apartamento.

Ha estado todo muy bien, solo a veces huele a tabaco en las habitaciones, creo que por culpa del vecino, no es mucho pero los no fumadores lo notamos enseguida.

Una semana maravillosa

El alojamiento esta muy completo, con casi todo lo necesario para pasar las vacaciones, sombrilla, sillas de playa, artículos de limpieza… Las vistas del alojamiento son ideales, no da el sol de frente en todo el día por lo que no hace excesivo calor. Lucia la que gestiona el piso además es un encanto, volveremos seguro
