Not what it said on the tin and therefore over priced

Location was as expected and a short 5 minute walk to the marina for supermarkets, bars, restaurants and the promenade which winds all the way along the town's frontage. Once you have maneovoured/memorised the multiple keys for the numerous entry points (gate, podium door, front door) then all is good for access. Balcony is good for breakfast weather permitting.

Car park entry did not work upon arrival and took 4 days to rectify! Swimming pool was inaccessible for the whole period! Bedroom has no black out curtains so if you need to sleep in darkened rooms, then this is not for you! If you want to cook anything other than very basic meals then there are not enough large cooking pans etc. Heating takes forever to warm the apartment up.

Nice appartment within walking distance of the old town and the beaches

A clean nicely furnished apartment. You can see the sea from the balcony. Just a 10-15 walk into the beautiful old town and the beaches. There is a Carrefour supermarket less than 5 minutes walk from the apartment and an Lidl a further 15 minutes away.

The check in and key collection process didn't go very well. The initial instructions turned out to be rather confusing. The agency office is actually tucked away at the back of Reinaldos bar, within a barrier controlled, pay car park at the marina. It took us a while to finally find it. We had emailed them to say when we would arrive to collect the keys, but when we reached the office, the staff had already put the keys etc into a collection box, and were surprised to see us. They had even emailed us more information while we were still en route, which we didn't see until after arriving at the apartment. The correct lift to the apartment is opposite parking space no.33 in the underground car park. Space 36 as described in the instructions, is actually nearer to a another lift. We ended up trying to get into the wrong apartment. The key to the right apartment doesn't fit very well anyway and being one of 6 unlabelled keys on the keyring, didn't help matters. We had to call the agency office and they dispatched a member of staff to help get us into the apartment. The road in front of the apartment is very busy and very noisy, especially in the mornings. Closing the window shutters completely, helped to reduce it a little. The Beko washing machine door refused to open after a wash cycle. We eventually had to get a member of the cleaning staff to come and show us the little trick with the door handle to get it to open. Apparently other guests had experienced the same problem. There are not enough plug sockets for all the kitchen appliances.

Apartment and location good.

Quaint, well laid out apartment with all mod cons. Location and garage parking very good. Plenty of restaurants with in a short walk, beaches close by. Estepona well within walking distance.

the only small thing I would suggest is that if someone is staying for more than 5 days that 1 or 2 pods for washing machine would be useful.

Location was good, only 5 minutes from port, restaurants and beach

Cost with Booking.com was very expensive compared with Melrose Properties who advertises the apartment at €420. Booking.com do not keep their price promise. Apartment had no ironing board and outer fire door on floor very difficult to enter. This has been mentioned previously in reviews but problem still exists.

Buena semana en Estepona

Me gusto la ubicación. Está en una avenida con mucho ajetreo, pero el cerramiento es muy bueno y tenía aire acondicionado, por lo que no tuvimos problemas de descanso. El tener aparcamiento también es un punto a favor. La verdad es que el apartamento está muy bien.

Pues no voy a poner nada, en general me ha gustado el apartamento.
