Absolutely would stay here again

Absolutely fantastic location. 2 minute walk to the marina with all it's bars and restaurants. The apartment pictures don't do it justice. Everything you could need for your stay and very clean apartment. Bedrooms are are a great size and the shower room is lovely. Great views from the balcony. Choice of swimming pools - not huge but plenty of space to sit around.

The only negative is the size of the balcony. Only room for one chair as it's very narrow and has the air con system to one side.

Exceptional Stay in a Beautiful Apartment!

We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful apartment located in a great spot near the marina. The location was perfect - close to everything yet peaceful. The apartment itself was modern, clean and very well equipped with everything we needed. The air conditioning was a lifesaver during the hot days and made the stay extra comfortable. We also really enjoyed the pool area, which was well-maintained and a lovely place to relax after exploring. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it! Pros - great location, large supermarket nearby and lots of places to eat. Only a 5 min walk to the beach.

The balcony was very small and we weren’t able to sit and enjoy meals/drinks due to the small size.

The A/C in the 3 bedrooms are leaking , I advice the owner , it’s very dangerous dripping in the outlets, the blanket is needs to be clean , as well as the towels ( old). The pillows smell a bit needs to be clean for the next guest.

Fantastic 3 week stay

This is my third time staying in the.apartment and I was not disappointed. It's very spacious, clean, comfortable and bright with amazing views. All the equipment you need for cooking, washing etc. The location is great for the facilities of the port and carrefour shopping, but also not too far from old town, 15-20 minute walk. The host is friendly and amenable and fixed a small issue with air con the same day I contacted him. I would definitely recommend this apartment for a holiday in Estepona. Thankyou :-)

BUG INFESTATION. REFUSING TO REFUND. DO NOT STAY HERE!

NOTHING. NADA!

Complained after few days as various issues including a lot of repairs & Silverfish infestation in every room! Even found one in the cot right next to my 3month baby!! Was told to vacate the property so they could investigate & treat it and I would be refunded for future 11days. Had to find somewhere else last minute which cost more & he is now refusing to refund as promised. I have evidence of agreeing to refund. 1. it has an infestation of silverfish in every room! 2. Barely any on site Parking. need to park next to a wall but then no one can get out that side so if you have 2 kids or 4 people it’s difficult 3. No kids pool 4. Toilets by pool not maintained, no toilet paper, light switch falls off wall 5. Lifts always breaking. apartment is on 5th floor & we had a pram 6. Air con leaks in living room leaving a puddle on floor 7. Kitchen door handle falls off 8. Dishwasher broken can’t use 9. towel rail bathroom broken 10. Bath Mat all ripped & dirty 11. Ripped duvet cover 12. Broken laundry basket 13. Light switch by front door comes off so dangerous loose wires 14. Some light switches control the plug sockets - wasn’t told about this 15. Sofa ripped & stained, foam coming out. Owner covered with throw to hide 16. Terrace door broken, hard to open 17. 1 out of 6 bulbs in kitchen works 18. Advertised Netflix then logged us out 19. Noise from other apartments above

Pleasant

Nice location, beautiful town. Flowers everywhere. Apartment is large, has two pools available and parking, and is near a supermarket. We had a view out over the marina. The neighbour who let us in was lovely.

Building is old and in need of attention. Some days the doors to the building were hard to open. The gate opener broke, so it was hard to leave the site. In the apartment, kitchen door handle is broken, dishwasher broken, patio door really hard to open, bedroom window really hard to open. The whole place just needs some love. Communication with the owner via Wattsapp was difficult as it took ages for him to get back to me.

Everything! Location was perfect at the port, but only 15-20 minute walk to old town. Taxi rank and bus stops 2 minutes walk away. Supermarkets also 2 minutes away. Views from apartment were amazing, both over harbour and over town towards mountains. Some photos attached. Property was spacious. Facilities were good, everything you need is there. Photographs on booking.com were accurate in fact were better in real life 😀

Good location, good size condo in a great area. Nice view.

The living room furnishings are very tired and the balcony small, standing room only. Communication with manager checking in had some difficulties however he did rectify the situation. Parking was a real challenge. Not much space for maneuvering at all.

Las vistas desde la pequeña terraza es excepcional. Los restaurantes cercanos a la urbanización. Jorge el propietario y Araceli que cuida del piso son encantadores.

Ruim appartement met mooi uitzicht op de haven

Heerlijk ontbijten aan de mooie houten tafel met uitzicht op de haven! Parkeren is mogelijk op het terrein van het complex. Of anders op 100 meter afstand op een veilige parkeerplaats waar altijd plek is (eigenaar/manager geeft een goede omschrijving). Recht tegenover een supermarkt,maar ook op een paar minuten lopen van de haven met barretjes en terrasjes. Er komt heel veel licht binnen, wat prettig is. Het appartement is ruim en heeft 2 ruime slaapkamers. Met iets meer aandacht zou ik het een hoger cijfer geven.. Ik lees nml in de reviews dat de vaatwasser al 1,5 jaar kapot is (dat is nog steeds het geval, voor mij was dat niet storend) en dat de deuren al geruime tijd niet super makkelijk open schuiven. Tip aan de eigenaar: je.hebt een mooi appartement, pas een paar kleine puntjes aan en je krijgt alleen maar hele goede reviews. Zelf zou ik het wel weten...
