De locatie is top! Je loopt binnen een paar tellen zo richting alle restaurantjes in de haven. Het uitzicht is fantastisch vanaf het (kleine) balkon. Er zijn 2 liften om bij je appartement te kunnen komen. 2 fijne slaapkamers! Met genoeg opbergruimte. Comfortabele kussens :) Veel reserve kussens en lakens etc. Fijne badkamer. 2 zwembaden op korte afstand van t appartement! Op zondag is er een leuke zondags markt dus ook op maar een paar tellen loopafstand vanaf het appartement! De afstand vanaf de haven naar het oude centrum was voor ons iets te ver dus we hebben de hele week 2 fietsen gehuurd bij een fietsverhuur. Dit is top! De aardige buurvrouw aan de andere kant van de gang kun je altijd om hulp vragen. Zij gaf ons ook onze sleutels van het appartement. De eigenaar heb ik zelf niet gezien. Zeker een aanrader om hier te verblijven! Estepona zelf is ook super leuk!

Balkon zelf is inderdaad best klein maar dat had ik al eerder gelezen. Vond ik ook geen probleem. Het uitzicht is geweldig.

Absolutely fantastic location. 2 minute walk to the marina with all it's bars and restaurants. The apartment pictures don't do it justice. Everything you could need for your stay and very clean apartment. Bedrooms are are a great size and the shower room is lovely. Great views from the balcony. Choice of swimming pools - not huge but plenty of space to sit around.

The only negative is the size of the balcony. Only room for one chair as it's very narrow and has the air con system to one side.

El alojamiento estaba muy bien situado buena ubicación bien en la playa, pero deja mucho que desear el aspecto de limpieza y de renovar muebles y cosas que están rotas y muy anticuada

Mucha dejadez en la limpieza, sofá sucio y en mal estado y sobretodo las persianas
