Lovely apartment close to all amenities.

Great location, lovely apartment with views over the swimming pool area, lots of hot water, comfortable beds, fantastic communication with agents, good heating system, all you needed in the kitchen, underground parking with lift to apartment floor. Would highly recommend.

All about the apartment and location was to our liking. Felt the deposit was hefty and unnecessary. Mystified, also, why it has to be paid a week in advance.

Good

Location is good, right beside port and beaches and just 10/15mins walk along the promenade to the town. Lots of nice restaurants down by the port just 2/3 mins walk and a good supermarket Carrefour just a few minutes walk. Kitchen is very well equipped, sheets and towels are good.

The apartment is good but a bit dated and needs some small improvements. We found one of the double beds excellent but the second very soft and uncomfortable. The bathrooms are very small and again one very dated. The host is excellent, we initially thought the apartment was as scam as about 4 days before we arrived they sent a link through WhatsApp looking for €400 deposit. The host kindly met us at the apartment when we arrived to put us at ease and allowed us to pay the deposit then, still through the link but all safe. I would advise checking out where you need to pick up keys as if you have no car it’s not close by.

Buen alojamiento, margen de mejora

La ubicación, garaje, equipamiento general del apto. es bueno. Falla en detalles, poco menaje, solo un juego de sábanas y toallas para 15 días. El tendedero lleno de material que no tiene que ver con la estancia.

El calentador del agua no funciona demasiado bien, lo mismo te abrasas vivo que sale fría.

El apartamento increíble

El apartamento muy bien, dos habitaciones y dos baños. La piscina puede ser pequeña, la profundidad 110 cm. en toda ella.. Situado cerca del puerto y a un paseo del centro. Para los que nos preocupamos por el parking... muy bien. Por otro lado, la climatizacion del apartamento increible

Lo negativo... donde se tienen que recoger las llaves, es en una inmobiliaria a 15 minutos por autovia, solo un juego de ellas y aunque no tenga que ver con el apartamento, la playa tiene muchas piedras (escarpines imprescindibles para meterte en el agua) y nos pillo época de algas
