LIFT - easy access to the property from the private parking space in underground car park. Lift is located in lobby - accessible from road and car park. Property is on the 4th floor (only one floor above us with penthouse at the top).
SECURITY : front door with quadruple door lock. Vision hole in front door from inside;
Intercom access telephone to main entrance with camera. Safe for valuables. Very secure property.

TWO BATHROOMS: - Main bathroom and toilet (LARGE WALK IN SHOWER FOR 2025) NOTE we had the bath and over shower removed following feedback from guests - we think the new shower is a great improvement.

KITCHEN - Fully fitted and well equipped kitchen (large fridge with freezer, cooker hob, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, sink, plenty of cupboard space (all you need for self catering).

The property is in a perfect location for access to AP7 if you wish to visit other parts of the Costa del Sol / Gibraltar

The AP-7 is just 5 minutes away by car so easy to tour, visit Selwo, Marbella, Puerta Banus or many other tourist spots.
The property is not in the middle of the town but has access to the town. Many guests consider this a perfect location.

A good experience all round. Communication with owner and agent was easy and helpful. The flat is like home from home, particularly the kitchen. The lounge furniture really comfy and the TV very simple to operate. The balcony had a great view with good stable chairs and table. We will return, thank you

Stayed here for 6 weeks, great location. Apartment had absolutely everything needed to make our stay enjoyable.On arrival we were greeted by Dawn, very warm welcome and the apartment very clean and beautifully presented. Dawn also took the time to impart her knowledge of Estepona pointing out various locations etc.We had our car with us and the underground parking was ideal, safe and secure.Due to it being winter time we did not use the pool, had a quick look though and looked lovely and inviting.Mary our host, brilliant all the way through booking and during our stay, emailing us to make sure all was okay with our stay etc.

We spent 9 weeks in this apartment. On arrival it was very clean and tidy. All your requirements were catered for, well equipped kitchen, good size living room and bedrooms. The apartment had bars/restaurants close by, the port was a 10-15 mins walk, as was the old town.Dawn was always on hand if any queries occurred, and was most helpful.We had a very pleasant stay, and would certainly stay again.
