Superb
The location is in a quiet & safe neighborhood with great views of the Aegan Sea. Glastres Beach is just a short walk down the hill, and a very relaxing beach restaurant/bar called Kikabu too. There's plenty of outdoor seating at the villa, and a nice outdoor shower comes in handy after a swim. The owner is very helpful, friendly and responsive.
Whilst there are 5 bedrooms that sleep 10 people, there are only two bathrooms and a toilet downstairs. Only one of the bathrooms has a proper shower, the other one has a shallow bath with only a hand-held shower. Parking at the house is limited to 2 cars because of the steep driveway.

A/C exists and works well, but due to the location of ventilation shaft it needs to be left to run all day to cool down tooms in the summer. not a problem, but just a small issue.

This place is wonderful! The house is very nice and chic, near the beach. Although the village is small the villa is great and has something special. Despina, the owner, is a wonderful person - helpful and optimistic. For a quiet pampered holiday this is the place.

L’accueil, l’espace, propriété très agréable, jolie décoration, la vue des différentes terrasses est superbe, très relaxant, la proximité de la mer et des restaurants ( 5mn à pied)
