Трохи далеко від пляжу, але якщо є авто - то це не проблема. З іншого боку - тихе місце, де нема юрби. Порекомендував би поставити ручку на балконні двері ззовні, щоб при виході на балкон двері можна було щільно зачинити за собою. Також порекомендував би розглянути можливість встановлення зарядки для електромобілів - все більше відпочиваючих їх використовують
