Absolutely nice place - not for online work.

Extremely clean, new, it has everything you need. Air conditioning works so well that you can get cold. Nice terraces. The beach is close, the town is close enough for a walk and far enough to walk a bit after overeating with delicious food.

The internet is just.. HORRIBLE. Looks like the problem is with Ofryniou's communications as a whole - bad reception VERY SLOW speeds. If you plan to stay longer or you have to do some work - this is not the place. The closer to Kavala - the greater the speeds. The other thing - some of our neighbours were complaining that we use two cars (normal for a villa with 3 bedrooms) so I didn't understand where it is stated that we cannot park 2 cars.

polite staff, clean property, realistic interior pictures. our villa had two big terraces with beautiful view

cleaning wasn’t performed during our stay (7 nights). On the 5th day I got a viber message saying that cleaning ladies couldn’t access as our dog was left inside - however we were not notified that cleaning would take place - we could’ve scheduled it appropriately. there were 3 bedrooms in the villa, however on the 3rd floor there was no door which was very inconvenient and wasn’t communicated upfront. there are stray dogs in the area around which are very loud at night time.

Simple perfect.

The sea is in 100 m, some stones on the beach, but very calm and beautiful. There are 2 small beach bars. You can bring also your own umbrelle and chairs. There is enough place.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! We rented two houses — one with 3 bedrooms and the other with 2 — and everything was perfect. The kitchen was fully equipped, including an oven, baking essentials, washing powder, and even fabric softener. The sea was just a 1-minute walk away, which made the location ideal. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. Highly recommend and would love to return!

The only thing that could be improved is the Wi-Fi — it would be great to have a stronger connection. Other than that, everything was amazing.

Perfect: top quality, well furnished villa next to a wonderfully quiet sandy beach!

This is honestly the first place we have ever stayed that was absolutely flawless. Contemporary villa with well furnished interior and good bathrooms too. Lots of water pressure in the showers. Fully equipped kitchen with NICE dinner service and cutlery that you actually want to eat with :) Comfortable beds and especially pillows. Three air conditioners. No through traffic on a perfectly quiet side-street. Parking directly in front of the villa. Nice little shop 15m down the main road. Really super sandy-beach 10m from the end of the street with child-friendly shallow sea. The check-in staff were great too. Last, but not least, there's a great little restaurant about 250m down the road, 'Paradisos Tsiporadiko' - tasty food at a good price!

Great stay in may - it was clean and relaxing

Cute nice lane of new built vacation houses. Close to the sea, you could easily walk/cycle to the center but at the same time it is far from the busy life and it was peaceful to relax

Nice, relaxing and enjoyable stay with breathtaking views

What we liked the most about this accommodation were the breathtaking view, the beachfront location and the fact that you have a team of people available 24/7, who takes care of the tourists’ comfort. Check-in was easy and fast. The staff was very kind, friendly and responsive. The apartment corresponded to the provided photos. The common areas were also well maintained. We were very happy with the overall experience and would definitely visit the place again. We also recommend this place to people who like to be close to nature and enjoy spending a quiet and relaxing time on a vacation.

nice location close to the beach. Big refrigerator to keep all your products. Every room has its own air-condition. All the rooms are accommodated with fly nets. Balcony and terrace are very big and comfortable.

The property is brand new and in great condition. Very good layout of the rooms. It has everything you need in terms of equipment and is only 100 m from the beach. The communication with the hosts was great. We liked everything.

Very clean ,very convenient. 2 great bathrooms,great terrace. Can park car just in front. 2 minuets walk to the beach Sea view I suggest that will be very pleasant to left some water in the fridge And in the morning a little bit noisy from the cleaning off villas next to us

Great property overall

Great location, lovely new built and clean property

The wifi was non-existent which made it very difficult with having to do some work remotely.we had the absolute displeasure of having to listen to the neighbours fighting for two nights in a row, and while that’s not the property’s fault you can definitely want more in terms of sound proofing as you can hear everything The aircon was leaking in the room as well. We did point the wifi issue and aircon issue out straightaway but nothing was done.

It is a great location and very confortable

Great location, the village was nice. It was near the beach, but we recommend to go with the car to the Rapongi beach. The appartament was new and had everything that was needed.

There was not enough pillows. Only two pillos for two people, and one of them was hard and uncomfortable. There wasn't a sunshade for the outside table for our apartment, but there was for other apartments.

Изключително лесна комуникация. Къщата е чиста и уютна. Бяха предоставили легло, кърпа и шампоан за домашния ни любимец. Районът е спокоен и в непосредствена близост да плажа. Разходката до главната улица,където се намират повечето заведения е не повече от половин час. Плажа е на не повече от сто метра, като предлага възможност за платени шезлонзи, както и голяма и спокойна свободна зона. Бих препоръчала това място за настаняване за групи до шест човека.

Интернет връзката беше много слаба в района, доста често, се губи и обхват. Няма миална машина. Въпреки че предлагат настаняване за повече от шест човека, с опция за ползване на диван в общото помещение, слесва да се има предвид, че помещението е доста малко. Въпреки че диванът е удобен не беше особено конфортно за спане, тъй като две от стаите ползват санитарен възел в него.

Разочароващо преживяване – не препоръчвам Бяхме подведени, че къщата е sea view, но реалността беше друга – гледката беше към поле и задните фасади на съседни сгради.. Улицата пред къщата е тясна и паркирането е почти невъзможно. Плажът беше неподдържан, а зоните със шезлонги – с изискване за задължителна консумация – предлагаха мръсни и изпочупени легла. В района имаше само едно работещи магазинчета с абсурдна надценка. До добрите таверни и хубавите плажове трябваше да се пътува доста. Като цяло се чувствахме излъгани и останахме с горчиво усещане от тази “почивка”.

Апартаментите са чисти и уютни, разполагат с оборудване за готвене и пълноценна почивка. Минус е, че обхвата в селцето е доста лош, интернет връзката също. Имайте предвид ако сте с малки деца, че е необходимо да ползвате коли до по-оживената част с ресторанти и облагородени плажове. Плажа, който е на 50 м от комплекса е с много малка платена част и като цяло изглежда по-занемарен в сравнение с другите. Персоналът е изключително любезен и старателен, спукахме гума и ни съдействаха веднага за отремонтирането й на място и то на разумна цена! Винаги са на линия за въпроси и съпорт.

Локацията е добра - в близо до центъра (около 10 мин пеша) и плажовете, като точно пред вилите също има плаж с чадъри и шезлонги, както и свободна зона. За морето е добре да разполагате с обувки, тъй като има камъни, пясъкът е хубав и ситен. Вилата е добре обзаведена, нова и има всичко необходимо, гледката от терасите е удивителна, може би единственият недостатък са стръмните стълби от първия до третия етаж на вилата и липсата на собствена баня в спалнята на третия етаж.
