A lovely location, however this apartment failed in its description and to meet our expectations

The location was excellent. Liz who was the receptionist really attempted to make our stay better due to our disappointment at the lack of hygiene within the apartment. Liz's warmth and friendliness did enhance our experience.

The hygiene standards were very poor, dirty towels left on the balcony, used tissues in the draw, opened box of chocolates in the wardrobe. The towels for showering very damp and thus smelt very musty. Sadly, this was a treat for my parents-in-law and husband. We shortened our stay and checked out earlier at increased additional cost to enjoy the remainder of our weekend.

Home away from home

Perfect! Very comfortable, cosy apartment. The beds and pillows were comfortable and had good quality bedding. The bathroom was a good size and had a walk-In shower. The kitchen was well equipped and had all the basics, including some milk, Nespresso coffee, bread, butter and jam (best I’ve ever seen at a self-catering accommodation). The location was great, with a few options of restaurants within walking distance. Beautiful surroundings!

Excellent value, great communication and very enjoyable stay.

Quiet, secure, clean, seconds walk from stunning Loch views. Walking distance from marina, food and drink there was excellent. Very close to Glasgow airport and only an hour or so from Glen Coe. Great location to get around. Value price wise was excellent. Oh and occasionally you can hear a piper. That's pretty cool.

Very partial view of Loch Lomond, but balcony was perfect for cheese and wine! No air conditioning - so if you are lucky / unlucky to get very warm Scottish weather (not sure if those go together) you may struggle a bit with that.

Perfect little getaway

Everything was perfect, no bad points, and with Cameron house only a short drive away for a spa to add to the getaway was just amazing. Will definitely be booking again

Modern well kept - welcoming. Well equipped with most kitchen conveniences. COMFORTABLE BEDS

No loch view because of mature trees - one of those things but at £250 a night - would have liked en suite facility in one bedroom & perhaps a microwave- as it was short stay for a wedding at Cruin. Unfortunately there is no access via a controlled entry between the properties- which would be very helpful to wedding guests in the winter months. The route itself It’s not far but very badly lit at night and the ground full of puddles etc -
