Superb

The property was very clean and spacious. The location is great. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was equipped. Close to beach and shops. Great place to come back to after the day. Parking space was included with the apartment which was great.

The only think we didn’t like was the sleep in sofa which was very old and uncomfortable. However the property was advertised as two bedrooms with sleep in sofa so we knew that the 5th person would have to sleep in the living room. We only stayed couple nights so it was ok. If somebody wants to stay for a week I would not recommended it for more than 4 people.

Superb

excellent location; 2 min to the beach, 5 to old town .it’s modern apartment, very clean, parking available. Easy check in, all very clear and fast with agency, helpful people there.

No Wi-Fi ( even if you know, still strange to have no Wi-Fi available in modern place), and kitchen would need a water cooker, wine glasses or paper towels. I have seen that this is missing in previous comments, so was not suprised. but it would make experience even better. and it’s min investment.

The holidays in Caorle were very enjoyable

The apartament is perfect located next to the beach, near restaurants and the old city. You can park your car in private parking before the apartament. The rooms were clean and bathrooms and showers were modern. (The apartament has additional bathroom without a toilete which is very useful.)

Enttäuschend und zu teuer, hätten wir bei korrekter Darstellung nicht gebucht.

Geräumige und gut geschnittene Wohnung, Ausstattung zweckmäßig und überwiegend funktioierend. Nah zu Strand und Zentrum. Stellplatz für das Auto.

Alte Fotos der Aussicht von Wohnung und Balkon suggerieren eine andere Umgebung. Statt auf ein 2-stöckiges traditionelles Haus schaut man auf einen grauen 4-stöckigen Neubau, der zudem für Verstärkung der Straßengeräusche (Hall) sorgt. Über jedem Balkon gegenüber brennt ein Licht die ganze Nacht, Sonne dürfte es ab Mitte Oktober kaum mehr geben. Aus der Spülmaschine die Speisereste der letzten Belegungen entfernt, gräßlicher Gestank. Auch sonst in der Küche viel Fettschmier in den Ecken. Kein Toaster, Wasserkocher o.ä., Standardgeräte in Ferienwohnungen. Entgegen den Angaben gibt es kein zusätzliches WC!!! Heizung im Bad funktionierte nicht, keine Reaktion auf Rückfrage bei der Agentur. Von den 7 Balkonstühlen waren 2 intakt. Abholen und Rückgabe der Schlüssel in der Agentur umständlich.

Tolles Apartment in perfekter Lage mit leicht behebbaren Mängeln

+ Perfekte Lage zum Strand und zur Stadt, aber überhaupt kein Straßenlärm + Bequeme Polster (das empfinde ich fast nie so...) + Überdachter Parkplatz inkludiert + Ausreichend Platz für 3 Erwachsene und 1 Kleinkind

- Sauberkeit ist ausbaufähig. Beispiele: Der Boden war leider so schlecht geputzt, dass meine weißen Socken nach kurzer Zeit richtig dreckig waren und überall klebte Sand. In der großen Dusche ist teilweise etwas Schimmel. Terrasse ebenfalls schmutzig. Beim Staubsauger ist der Stil abgebrochen (!), die Leiter ist komplett staubig und dreckig, die Wäscheständer teilweise rostig. Das alles müsste bei einem eigentlich so schönen Apartment nicht sein. - Ausstattung hätte ebenfalls besser sein können (zb kein Wasserkocher, nur 1 Geschirrspültab, kein Geschirrtuch) - Der W-Lan Router hat so gut wie gar nicht funktioniert

Sehr gute Lage (Strandnähe, Stadtzentrum). Apartment war schön hell und modern.

Gegenüber Baustelle! Morgens weckten uns die Arbeiter. Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht ordnungsgemäß.
