Location was ideal for me. Served my purpose for my stay. Clean tidy room.

It was good to get a welcoming text, there was no key in the room when I arrived but I got an immediate response when I phoned for help. The room was Ok although I do prefer an en suite. The bed was comfy and it was good to have a sink in the room and a fan. The bathroom and shower were fine and were available whenever I wanted to use them. The breakfast looked good although I didn't partake. The location was not too bad for getting to the centre of old Hereford.
There was no key in the room when I arrived so I had to phone for help. There was scaffolding outside and easy access to the window which was a bit unsettling. The cold tap in the sink was stuck so only hot water available in the bedroom. It was a bit of a trek from the bus station - I had a heavy bag and the weather was really hot. However once I figured out the lay of the land the location was not too bad to get to the centre of old Hereford.
