Welcoming entrance in to the attractive dining area. Lovely cooked breakfast using locally sourced products. The premises are undergoing refurbishment so I won't make any additional comments.

Parking outside was easy, staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the freshly cooked breakfast was served in a lovely room. Bedroom was a good size and quiet even though in a main road into Hereford. Next door is a very good Portuguese cafe which was very handy for stocking up before our journey home.

Nothing really as it was at least as good as we expected. The room was very good but the shared shower room was a bit small and uninviting, which we fully expect to be improved as part of the ongoing upgrades.

The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent.

I wasn't expecting quite such a busy street with heavy traffic, though the double glazing helped a lot.

The breakfast was included and although I did not partake of the fried option there was a plentiful range of other choices with a delicious fruit salad . The breakfast room itself was very cosy. Cathy was really welcoming and checked if everything was to my satisfaction.

In the room itself a small desk and chair would have been appreciated . But the premises was on the verge of being improved. Climbing the narrow stairs with a suitcase would only be possible if you're still fit and healthy.

Very comfortable room and bed. The house was very tastefully decorated. We will definitely go back when / if we need a place to stay. The breakfast was amazing and so much of it. Thank you

Amazing staff, friendly arrival, already knew our name when checking in. 5/10 minute walk to centre of town even with my girlfriend in heels. Clean, comfortable and well maintained property. Thank you for an enjoyable stay!

While the room was clean it needed a bit of a make over, a bit run down. I believe this maybe in progress anyway, just hadn't got to the room I stayed in yet.

The room was clean and tidy on arrival, and made up/cleaned every day when I returned back from work.

Not very much keen to go up to the third floor on the steep steps, nothing much to do with the host as the room itself was great.

Clean and tidy room with a very modern bathroom which was shared but not a problem. The breakfast was excellent. Great value for the money and we will definitely book again.

Everything! We have stayed before after a disastrous stay somewhere else, and found it to be very homely and welcoming so there was no.other place we wanted to stay when we needed to stay in Hereford again, so we could attend our sons graduation ceremony. But we realised we needed to be in Hereford earlier than we originally thought and needed somewhere to get changed. I rang Cathy to see if we could have an early check-in and said we would be happy to pay for this . She was so lovely, she let us get changed and leave our bags, even though the room wasn't quite ready and would not accept any extra payment. The room we stayed in has been newly renovated, and even though they are still in the process of doing up the b&b ,it's so lovely and welcoming. You can read about their progress as they leave you this in the bedroom to read. The shower in our room was amazing! Everything is included, soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Hairdryer and straightners.are also In room 7 . Tea and coffee are in the room, and they don't scrimp on the milk :) It's such a comfy bed and great pillows and duvet.I didn't want to get up. Breakfast is freshly cooked if you want this and a pre-order form.is in your room for you to complete and leave in the box near the kitchen the night before. Breakfast is included in the price, and there is a great selection of fresh fruit and yoghurt, cereal, or cooked breakfast ..orange juice ,tea, and coffee. super value for money. Staff are really friendly.. I felt like we were staying at a friends house, not a b&b. The stairs are a little steep, but it's an old building, so that's fair enough It's about 20 mins walk from the centre of Hereford, or 5 mins in the car. It's clean, fresh, and has a comfy feeling .

Nothing, really. .. there is no actual parking, but this is said in the advert and we managed to find parking both times. No.problem. There is a squeaky floor board in room 7 ,but that's being picky...it didn't hinder our stay.

Present bathroom adequate, but no more. However the owners are addressing this. The road outside was much noisier during the night than we anticipated.

The breakfast and the breakfast room were very good but the serving staff were excellent in their job working hard to produce a quality meal, thank you.

Soft bed in room 4, not to my taste, but was ok.

Handy accommodation for Hereford centre. I had a good value single room on the top floor which was comfortable and had a shared bathroom with 2 other rooms which worked fine and was kept spotlessly clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. Fantastic cooked breakfast which kept ne going for a whole days walking.

Communication before we arrived was great. Cath was proactive in reaching out to confirm our arrival time, also as we had bicycles what arrangements they could make (which were great). Bathroom and room was super clean, big fluffy towels, comfy beds and breakfast superb. Cath was really chatty, friendly and welcoming.

A noisy room at the front of the house on the 2nd floor, with a shared bathroom was not ideal; but this was one of the very few places in the city with availability during festival week.
