Centrally situated in the city so that the cathedral, museum, restaurants etc are all within walking distance. Overall,
It was spacious, freshly decorated and we were made to feel very welcome by reception staff.
Parking at the back of the hotel was on a first come first serve basis, for which the charge was about £6.50 per day. However, there are other NCP car parks nearby.

No sleep and to loud
Good location, lovely building
The hotel had 3 functions on and the music went on until midnight you could hear this through every floor, at 1:30 in the morning people were stomping around laughing and shouting it went on for hours. All in all I don’t think I slept all night. When we checked out the couple checking out before us were complaining about the noise but the staff didn’t seem to want to hear it. I got to the desk and she took the key and said thank you. I said we didn’t have the best stay due to all the noise. Her response was well we did have 3 functions on like it was my issue. I think if they expect it to disturb guests they should probably let the know when booking. The staff didn’t seem bothered it was disappointing and would never stay at the hotel again

Right in the centre so great for exploring Herefords City Centre. Hotel was very warm and welcoming and staff were accommodating polite and courteous.

Great for cocktails not breakfast
The bars, especially the cocktail bar. Location was great
Breakfast was terrible, the cooked breakfast was a disgrace and we waited half hour for it. Sausages incinerated, egg hardly cooked, hash brown undercooked and beans cold. Didn't bother going for breakfast on the third morning Also the bathroom had nowhere to place your toothbrush so had to be on side which isn't hygienic. The bath was somewhat stained
