FRIENDLY RECPTION ON ARRIVAL BY DOREEN, THE LANDLADY, WHERE SHE EXPLAINED THE HOTEL AND SHOWED ME TO MY ROOM. THE ROOM WAS AMPLE WITH KING SIZE FOUR POSTER BED, MATTRESS WAS COMFORTABLE WITH SOFT PILLOWS. TWO BED SIDE TABLES AND AN OPEN WARDROBE WITH COAT HANGER POLE AND COAT HANGERS. ALSO INCLUDED A VANITY TABLE WITH TEA MAKING FACILTIES ON IT PLUS A STOOL WITH A MIRROR AFFIXED TO THE WALL. WALL MOUNTED TV RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE BED WITH TWO ARMCHAIRS AVALIABLE. THE ON SUITE INCLUDED A BASIN, BATH/SHOWER, TOILET AND HEATED TOWEL RACK WITH TOWELS SUPPLIED. AMPLE PARKING AT REAR, WITH NICE GARDEN BOTH IN REAR AND FRONT. PROPERTY SITUTATED ROUGHLY A MILE FROM HEREFORD TOWN CENTRE EASILY ASSCESSABLE BY RESONABLY PRICED TAXIS.

Access to the door took time and I was exhausted from my trip Another guest had picked it from inside which made it impossible to access using the code provided

The parking is very easy and free. Once you’ve made the phone call, getting into the room itself is very easy. Good internet and a comfortable bed. Oh and a lovely packed lunch for the next day left outside your room. A nice local pub nearby with nice food within walking distance.

The bedroom/bathroom was dirty with cobwebs (with spiders in them) an old beer can left in the bathroom. Dirty carpet and chairs. It is a dated place.
