The staff were very friendly and accommodating.
Easy access to the beach.
Delicious food and lots of variety each day.
Fountain of cold water in every floor.
Prices for the Spa services are expensive compare to other spa facilities outside the hotel.
The rooms are small for what they charge. You can get bigger rooms for less of the cost of one at this hotel.
The gym needs some work and improvements. Machines are old.
Swimming pool was very packed by seniors German and English people, but I know this is typical for each hotel in Balearic Island every summer. So, nothing they could do here I understand.
There was a solarium that was not working at all. I mean, is a 5 star hotel, how could they don’t have a facility working? Makes no sense.

First of all i want to congratulate the staff , really unbelievable, the guys at reception so nice and helpful 5**** they go above and beyond Michael and adrea just the best .. but the entire staff from the cleaners to pool bar staff restaurant staff just big thank you , ye all are wonderful people ..

Staff friendly. Food good.
Location, next to the German louts stag area. All inclusive drinks was a joke. Even though it was hot they wouldn’t turn on the air con for 6 days.
