Rooms were comfy and the balcony was a nice touch!

the only issue was the elevators. They were incredibly slow or wouldnt stop on our floor a lot of the time since so many people were going in and out.

Overall, we had a positive experience at the hotel and enjoyed our family holiday in Palma de Mallorca. The hotel itself has a nice atmosphere and the common areas are pleasant. The rooms are not very large, but overall they were comfortable enough for a family of three. We did have an issue on the first night, as we were assigned a room that was not the one we had originally booked through Booking.com. Unfortunately, the staff member present that evening was not very helpful and came across as quite rude. However, after we raised the issue the next day, the rest of the staff handled the situation professionally and kindly, and they were able to change our room. The other staff members, including the cleaning ladies and the restaurant/kitchen team, were all very friendly, approachable, and welcoming throughout the stay. Cleanliness was also good overall. Despite the initial inconvenience, we appreciated the effort made afterwards and had a pleasant and relaxing holiday experience.

We stayed the last night before the hotel closure for winter. Everything was ok, breakfast was good.

Too much noise by the housekeeping, was very uncomfortable every morning, also corridor was noisy by other family's kids and babies, unfortunately I was placed right in the middle of 2.
