At the hotel café, charges for food and drinks consumed by other people were incorrectly posted to our room. We informed the reception that the signature on the charge slip does not belong to us and that, in such cases, the guest’s identity should be verified by checking the name and confirming the signature before any charge is added to a room account. Despite this, the amount was still charged to our credit card. This is a serious issue that could happen to any guest if proper verification procedures are not followed. Every guest should be protected from unauthorized charges through adequate identity and signature checks.

I only stayed a night as I had an early flight the next day but I really enjoyed the hotel! The staff was great, everything was clean and I even used the spa was lovely. There’s a 1h limit but its enough to enjoy the hammam, sauna and jacuzzi. There’s area is hectic as its a party town for mainly German tourists letting lose but for a short term it did the job

Good location just away from the hustle & bustle, exceptional breakfast, sweeping the floors in the room and chairs around the hotel needs to improve. Staff very helpful.
