    Positive: - [ ] Overall staff very polite and supportive - [ ] Hotel is clean - [ ] Air conditioning works very well - [ ] Welcome drink and sweets very nice Negative: - [ ] Bed sheets were not changed even once in 12 nights - [ ] Bed sheets and some towels were stained - [ ] During breakfast a lot of dishes were not properly cleaned and you had to choose a clean one (there were hardened leftovers sticked to the plates after washing) - [ ] Cleaning staff not so attentive (eg.: shower gel and others not replaced/refilled even if empty if you don’t take it out someplace where they can see it) - [ ] Outdoor pools and spa only open until 19:00 - [ ] Gym is very small and poorly equiped

    There is no cooling air condition in the room for low season and there is no mentioned . The room is too small for the price. It is too hot in the room and open windows doesn’t help and you can hear noises outside. I think it is not good for value of money. 5 stars hotel but you cannot turn cooling aircon in the room in low season
