    Arrived after midnight. Allocated bedroom's lock didn't work. Was given double instead of king as replacement. On Agoda site was under impression had booked "double double room" which was a superior. No, it was standard. Previous bedroom had the smallest access to a toilet I have ever seen - I'm not small but neither very overweight but my legs when seated would touch sink leg and shower glass. V claustrophobic. Common parts beautifully staged, breakfast ok but rooms looking like they need some tlc. Would be careful labelling this hotel boutique. Could hear lots of door slamming first night. Would imagine it could be quite noisy in high season. Coffee machine at breakfast - would have preferred customer made and mini bar had poor offering.
