    Overall the hotel seems quite new and common areas are mostly very nice, location is good, roof top is quite nice. Okay breakfast, same as anywhere else. It is however a very hit and miss experience: spa is one cold pool, cold turkish sauna and cold regular sauna which looked weird, gym seemed ok though; lunch service is slow, takes ages for waiters to notice and seat you, then again a long wait to get a menu and for anyone to come over, I ended up leaving. The rooms definitely hit and miss, we were first assigned a very nice room with such a pleasant smell and atmosphere when coming in, however it had twin bed so when I enquired to maybe get a topper for the bed, I was quickly given a different room which to my surprise was smaller, didn’t have a nice smell, cleanness wasn’t great (I had to clean a toilet seat), constant sound and vibration from swimming pool above the room and absolutely horrendous view out the window. I did ask to go back to the initial room but was denied and hours later it turned out that in the system they didn’t even do the change to the right rooms so not sure why downgrade us and refuse to give initial room back. Overall the experience was overshadowed by this and we would not be coming back again, nor we can recommend this hotel to others as it’s pricey and a complete lottery of experience, you can get better for that price range.
