Nice friendly hotel, not peak season so not sure how busy it gets then but was fairly quiet in early June. Quite a small, quiet area but a nice little strip of bars/restaurants and shops just a few minutes walk away. Bus stop just outside hotel where you can get a bus to central Palma for a few Euros. Food was as expected for standard AI buffet but still plenty choice for everyone.

Could do with more water/juice glasses, plates and cutlery available at meal times. Had to search around at busy times.

A very pleasant hotel with spacious, clean rooms. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the meals were tasty and varied. The alcohol wasn't of the best quality, but you can't expect miracles with all-inclusive.I knew I would be arriving at the hotel late in the evening, so I sent an email asking for a small meal to be prepared—I was hoping for something like tapas. To my great surprise, a delicious dinner was waiting for us in the hotel restaurant (I should mention that, due to a flight delay, my friend and I didn't arrive until around 11:00 PM).Throughout our entire stay, we felt truly well looked after.

There was nothing that would disturb our several-day rest.We took a taxi from the airport to the hotel (costing just under €30). You can get to Palma by bus; the bus stop is right next to the hotel, and a one-way ticket costs €5.
