Small things that are missing in the room for e.g. no shampoo or conditioner, just shower gels, nothing to place the soap on, trash bin is missing. At breakfast, not enough egg stations nor coffee/tea sections.. tables don’t have salt/pepper. Not enough parking available and street lights are lacking. At the pool, no food is served after lunch time, not even ice cream. Attention to detail is less but since it’s all new, it looks nice.

Positive: 1: Great Location 2: Restaurant + Bar Staff good and friendly 3: Breakfast and dinner buffet good and varied selection Negative: 1: Room could have been cleaned better 2: No rubbish bin in the bedroom 3: No shampoo (only shower gel) 4: After the renovation there are still signs of paint and plaster in the bathroom which were not removed properly. 5: If you are looking for peace and relaxation in the evening this is not the right place for you. The lights on the balcony are turned off centrally at midnight! And there is a lot of noise from the bar (music) even at 22:30, so if you want to go to bed with your window open, you cannot, due to the noise from the bar and the lights on the balcony that only get turned off at midnight 6: We were there first week in May, the A/C was not turned on, even though it shows a temperature setting of 18 degrees, only warm air is blowing through the vents 7: The Internet is a disaster, the security certificate has not been updated so for many guests it was not possible to use the WiFi. The reception staff were of no help at all, this needs to be fixed urgently. 9: Spa area: The spa is ok but could be better as follows: The water pipe in the hamam (steam room) is installed but there is no water so it serves no purpose, even after asking the Spa Reception twice, nothing was fixed. The 2 Whirlpool (jacuzzi) could be better if they were actualy warm, they are no warmer tha the temperature of the inside pool. There are NO hooks in the spa area, if you want to shower, there is nowhere to hang your towel, there are no bath-robes available, and due to no hooks in the whole spa area you cannot hang up a towel. The spa area floor gets dirty in the afternoon, it should be checked that housekeeping cleans (dries) the floor at least once an hour. There are 3 showers in the spa, however no toilets, if you need the toilet you need to leave the spa area. Of the 3 showers, only 1 of them has the rainforest shower head working, on the other 2 showers it is not working and you need to hold the shower head in your hand. The spa area could be great with a few simple fixes.
