    We booked an apartment with a kitchenette. The apartment itself was great valve, clean and overall a great stay but having rubbish being left in the room from the last people who stayed, leaving a Do Not Disturb sign on the door and the cleaners still coming into your room, cleaners banging and crashing outside your door at 7:10am, leaf blowers being used at 7:40am, there is no parking as advertised other then free parking across the road & hot water going from hot to cold back to hot all the time takes away from the overall stay.

    This is our 4th time to this establishment...we absolutely love cala egos and this hotel has everything we want...the only negative is the reception staff are EXTREMELY RUDE ...every time we have been here they are just plain rude n not really helpful if you have a query or question ....this really needs addressing as we spoke to other people who said the same...on a positive on the staff the cleaners were a delight and very friendly 😀
