It was a last minute decision due to plane cancellation. Staff were really helpful. Only stayed 1 night but will come again.

Very comfy bed. Good breakfast. Balcony. Very clean. Close to the sea
No water, tea or coffee in the room. The room is not spacious. Quite worn facilities

Location. Good public transport connection to Palma and the airport. Just a few minutes from the sea. Enough dining options in the area.
Instant coffee in the breakfast buffet. Lack of an electric kettle in the room. Strong sewage smell from the bathroom. Very cheap showergel. Gel dispencer fixed with duct tape.
Some 3-star hotels nearby had proper shampoo and real coffee. I wouldn't have guessed this one had 4 stars from my experience.
