"Ollie, the manager was amazing. Extremely helpful and friendly beyond all expectations. I went with my elderly mum and she was very impressed also. Thanks so much for helping to make a memorable trip...."

Guy from Somerset runs the hotel and is absolutely brilliant.
Can be noisy.
8 / 10Excellent·Oct 2026
The hostal is located in a quieter area, but El Arenal is within walking distance. Buses to Palma and the airport also stop just around the corner, making it easy to get around. The rooms are simply furnished but relatively spacious. Oli is a fantastic host who was always helpful and made sure we had everything we needed during and after our stay.
The rooms could get quite warm at night, although this is understandable given the island's climate. Most rooms have windows facing an internal air shaft in the middle of the building. As a result, noise travels quite easily, especially when guests are talking with their windows open.

We stayed only for a night. Close to the airport and affordable. The room has a full-body mirror, shower, own sink and a rack for clothes.
Only one socket in the room, no AC, only a fan but we didn’t succeed to turn it on.

Convenient for a 1 night stopover
No air con or tv but a fan was provided.
