We have stayed at this hotel four times, which shows that we have enjoyed our previous stays. The location was convenient, and we appreciated the breakfast and dinner options. Unfortunately, our most recent experience was very disappointing.
We have stayed at this hotel four times, and nothing like this has ever happened to us before. Our stay was from 9 to 17 October.
On 15 October, when we returned from breakfast, we discovered that €130 we had prepared to take with us to the beach was missing. The money had not been left out on a table; it was put away and hidden. Nevertheless, it disappeared while we were out.
We were shocked by what happened. We reported the incident to reception, but received no response or solution. After this, we no longer felt comfortable leaving our belongings in the room, so we put the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door for the remaining two days.
It is very disappointing that something like this can happen in a hotel and that guests receive no explanation or support. After staying here four times, this experience has left us deeply disappointed and has affected our trust in the hotel.
