Great location, right by the train station (not the main entrance though so not noisy or busy with people). We visited during the heatwave in June, so the location on the ground floor (you could call it high basement I guess, although there are full size windows) was great as the apartment was nice and cool.
Massive bonus point for washing machine and dryer in the shared area which we had access to.
Dark kitchen with obscure window with no view. Totally cosmetic as functionally it had everything you’d need.

The location is excellent. Right next to the train station and gondolas so easy to get around. For the price you get a lot of value for money.
The only thing I had a problem with was the Wi Fi went down for two days and kept dipping in and out but not to much of a problem as most of the time we were out of the house.
