Everything was lovely. The hosts were friendly and very helpful. We enjoyed every single day of our stay. The beach was near and suprisingly even thought in a quiet area we were close to the city center.

- Best host i ever had, responsive in messages, helped out getting to the property - View is pretty nice, hills and a bit of bay - About 1 minute walk from the sea and 10 minutes walk from big sandy beach and bunc of restaurants that did work in November.

- All duvets were so dirty that when you touch them you'd have oily fingers. - Shower was built without intent of being used i guess. Whole bathroom was a shower, so after shower you couldn't use the bathroom until you mop and let it dry for an hour or just wait for half a day. - Beds weren't particularly comfortable. - No basic kitchen knife and those that were there were as sharp as a spoon.

Perfect place for quiet vacation

The apartment is minutes away from everything in the town, but it is quiet and peaceful. Friendly hosts. And Ksamil in October is wonderful.

Very nice, excellently furnished apartment with 2 bedrooms, each bedroom had its own bathroom. A washing machine was available. The terrace had a view of the sea. It is about 150 m to the beach on foot down the hill. The apartment is right behind Ksamil Caravan Camping (sign of blue tent)

Excellent

Erjon and his family were extremely nice and their place was very authentic and simple , yet you have all what you need and also very clean.the garden is very nice with the flower beds everywhere and the barbecue where Erjon offered us a great fish dinner the night before leaving. The location is so quite but close to the center and to the beach.everything there was great and if we ever go back to ksamil we will definitely rent Erjon apartment.

Superb

The location was amazing, just a few steps (on a small path) to the sea. All the apartements of the house had a small veranda with seaview. On top the apartement is in a quiet area of the busy touristy ksamil reagion, although city center and the main beaches and bars are within walking distance. We enjoyed the quiet zone and empty beaches at our seafront. The owner family lives in the same building on the top floor, is always there for any questions and help (but with only basic english skills, which is enough though). We had an outdoor kitchen with basic equipment. Private parking is available. All in all what you get for a very low price was good. Loved the stay and would definitely come back.

More kitchen equipment like a coffee maker would be nice.

the surrounfing are still under construction. But nothing major. It is not a 5 star region but it is quiet and very close to the sea. The beaches are clean and the water super clean.

Quiet location with partial sea view and some 70 meters from the nearest beach,at the very entrance to Ksamil. Extremely hospitable hosts. Large barbecue with and free parking. Air conditioned and the kitchen is well equipped

Excellent accomodation in a quiet location, ideal for a break from the city, without noise and with all the requirements. The hosts are extremely kind and helpful, the apartments are clean, towels and bed sheets are changed regularly. The sea is 100m away if you like non-crowded beaches, the better ones are a 10 minute walk away. It is certainly a place we plan to visit again.

I got more than i expected to get.

First of all the view was amazing beautiful🥰🥰🥰,just cant get enought of it.Took so many pic so i wont forget this place,the sunset and everything.The room was so comfy and everything was so clean.The owners was very respectful and kind to me.I will be there the next summer and why not to bring some friends there🥰🥰.Im glad i chosed this family ❤

The apartment was excellent, the garden was beautiful, location great, beach just 2 min walk. The hosts were very nice, they welcomed us with cold beer :) Also gave us sea fish to barbecue in the garden. The cleanness was great, they changed sheets and towels every 3 days. We were very happy with our stay. I highly recommend Erjon Apartments.

Prvi put smo u Albaniji na letovanju, sve je iznad očekivanja.

Lokacija odlična, želeli smo mir. Domaćini izuzetni, čist smeštaj. Plaža odmah u blizini odlična. Restoran sa odličnom hranom na dva minuta hoda, samoposluge na pet minuta. Opet bih izabrala ovaj smeštaj u svakom slučaju.

Ne mogu da nađem šta mi se nije dopalo.

Tyla .. netoli jūra , parkingas, kieme gėlės visur žydi Ir labai daug įkyrių kačių. Labai maloni ir greitai į viską reaguojanti savininkė. Aciu jai!

Virtuvė kieme, visiškai šalia už lauko durų ; Tačiau negali nei minutei palikti jokio daikto ant stalo, nes iš karto užšoka katės ant stalo. Jos taip pat veržiasi į kambarį. 🙄 Vonios kambaryje labai reikia dušui užuolaidų , nes labai prisitaško ir kambario langui tinklelio nuo uodų , nes praverti negali dėl uodų ir kačių.

The apartment is very well located in a quiet area of Ksamil. The beaches in the immediate vicinity are quiet and well-equipped. A pleasant pedestrian path runs along the sea to the town center. The accommodation has 4 beds, the terrace is quiet and very pleasant. The owners do not speak English, but their daughter takes care of translating our messages; she is very responsive and very friendly.

A parasol on the terrace would be welcome for breakfast, after that it is in the shade

La struttura si trova in una ottima posizione. Dispone di parcheggio privato.Titolari molto cortesi, accoglienti e disponibili. Fuori dalla confusione di Ksamil ed a due passi da tutto. Centro ed una delle spiagge raggiungibili a piedi. Ideale per visitare Ksamil e godere appieno del relax. Appartamento piccolino ma essenziale. Lavatrice disponibile.

Lengva aiškiai rasti apartamentus, erdvų, švaru, ramu. Viskas ko reikia šeimai (mes buvome su mažu vaiku) yra šiuose namuose. Visas kiemas skęsta gėlėse, pasakiškai gražu. Labai arti jūra, puiki atmosfera, labai paslaugūs šeimininkai. Drąsiai rekomenduoju! Tikrai grįšim jei busim Albanijoje. Aciuu šeimininkams kurie sukūrė tokią grožį ir jaukumą! Linkėjimai iš Lietuvos!
