Hospitable, Authentic and Happy Stay

Antoinetta and her husband were such hospitable and friendly hosts, even with a slight language barrier! We had a downstairs family room that opened up onto the garden. All clean and very comfy beds with air conditioning. Bathroom was quite a basic wet room, but fully functional and fine. Great location near to the main part of town, but equally a short car journey to other beaches or Butrint ruins. Would happily recommend on or stay here again. Antoinetta gave us fresh figs from her garden and also baked us doughnuts one breakfast. A really happy stay of 4 nights here.

The hosts, Antonella and Jorge, are lovely people and very welcoming. Antonella provided a great recommendation for lunch, The Smoke House, which was only metres away - a blessing on a hot day. The verandah was the highlight - fabulous! Cool sea breeze, good views!

Very little - the shower was slightly small for my husband, but this can be quite common and not really a major issue. There were a number of single beds around the space, which is great if there are a few of you - and again, not a major issue.

The best stay in Albania

This has been the best stay in Albania so far. Antoneta and Jorgo have been lovely hosts, always available for any need. The apartment is big and spacious. kitchen is fully equipped. the terrace is amazing and breezy. everything was clean and smelled fresh and clean.

The apartments are located in the quiet part of Ksamil, near a cost beach. The hosts are very kind and helpful. The rooms were tidy and I got new towels without having to ask for it. great service!

Quiet area of crowded Ksamil! Nice and comfortable studio.

Although I made of choice for Apartment with Sea View, there was no view and no place in the yard where we could enjoy the sea view. Actually only 3 units have sea view. If this is important to you, please check with your host if you made the right choice, regardless the name of the accommodation. On the other hand, Ksamil is not my kind of place. It is so crowded and noisy....

Better than my expectations!!!

Amazing place with great hosts. Everything was very clean. The room was spacious with a veranda overlooking the sea. I will definitely come back next time I visit Ksamil !!!

There isn't anything I did not like. The only thing I would appreciate to see is a barbecue in the garden, because I love cooking and with all that fresh fish there I am sure everyone will enjoy it.

Wygodny, przestronny apartament blisko plaży

Super przestronny i czysty apartament, ogromny, wspaniały taras, no i naprawdę przemili właściciele, stwarzający bardzo gościnną wręcz rodzinną atmosferę . Blisko fajne plaże.

Obok jest camping dla kamperów, jest on bardzo blisko, więc czasami hałasy z kempingu zakłucają błogi spokój, np. rano wyjeżdżające kampery

El apartamento es muy agradable, con un jardín precioso. Antonieta y Giorgio son muy amables. Aunque muchas playas son privadas, cerca del hotel que hay enfrente hay una playita libre preciosa. También está cerca del pueblo donde hay muchos restaurantes y tiendas.

Calma entre el bullicio.

Bonito lugar rodeado por Buganvilias. Muy tranquilo. Aire acondicionado funciona perfecto para el calor abrasante de agosto. Pudimos aparcar la moto dentro sin problemas. Está cerca de restaurantes y markets y felizmente lejos de la locura y bullicio. Desde la playita se ve un hermoso sunset. La propietaria muy amable
