Exceptional

Great service and don't miss the halfboard, the dinners were super delicious. Kudos to the whole team for making a memorable experience for the guests. Location is excellent, the bus stop is very close if you don't want to use the car to move around.

Lovely, outdoor natural pool

The natural, outdoor pool is the highlight for me for sure. They have a normal pool too, but the natural pool was great! The breakfast buffet was good. There was ample parking. if you stay in the connecting building, you get to use the garage. The balcony was spacious.

It was very hot and there was no aircon. The hotel did bring a fan, which helped considerably.

Very nice and clean hotel with great spa

Friendly and competent staff. Very nice indoor and outdoor pool in a nice setting (yard with palm trees and bushes). Breakfast is excellent with great Variety and fine choices. The hotel restaurant has a very good cuisine

The hotel is located on a main road with lots of traffic, including many trucks. If your room is on the road side of the hotel, sleeping with open windows is only possible once the traffic subsides.

Tre giorni di totale relax

Struttura molto bella, caratteristica con staff molto gentile e disponibile. La posizione è tattica e tutto sommato sono stati 3 giorni molto piacevoli. SPA molto piacevole.

Acqua gelida nella piscina e nell’idromassaggio. Se fai mezza pensione non è compresa nemmeno una bottiglia d’acqua o caffè nella cena, ma non è comunicato.

Albergo veramente ottimo. Hotel di lusso ma allo stesso tempo ci si sente a casa. Cucina curata in ogni dettaglio come i servizi. Pulizia impeccabile. Tutto perfetto. Perfetto hotel par trascorrere un periodo di stacco dallo stress cittadino e rigenerarsi. Si vede che e ' un hotel non di catena ma gestito in prima persona dai titolari, c' e una cura dei dettagli superiore e diversa in tutto ed anche il personale riflette questa cosa essendo molto gentile e preparato

Meine subjektive Bewertung als Alleinreisender (2 ÜF, 1 Abendessen im Restaurant): 1. Lage: An der viel befahrenen Hauptstrasse (Reschenstrasse) in Rabland. Wer perfekt schlafen möchte, sollte dies bei der Zimmerwahl berücksichtigen. 2. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis (PLV): Der Vinschgau ist touristischer Herbst-Hotspot, das macht sich auch in den hohen Hotelpreisen bemerkbar...(nur!) daran gemessen ist das PLV akzeptabel. 3. Zimmerqualität: großes Zimmer mit großem Bad & schönem Blick auf den Nörderberg. 4. Sauberkeit: keine Auffälligkeiten 5. Service und Personal: Ich hatte Kontakt mit: - der Rezeption; sehr freundlich. - Service im Restaurant; professionell & sehr aufmerksam - Service im Frühstücksraum: liebenswert und sehr aufmerksam 6. Ausstattung (z. B. WLAN, Pool, Fitnessbereich): Wlan ok, Wellnessbereich sauber, schön und grosszügig, genutzt habe ich nur die Sauna. 7. Frühstücksangebot: Buffet mit großer Auswahl und regionalem Fokus, den Qualitätsstandards **** entsprechend. Restaurant: habe ein qualitativ sehr gutes Wienerschnitzel verzehrt. 8. Atmosphäre und Ambiente: einladende und professionelle Atmosphäre, ich habe mich als Gast wohlgefühlt. 9. Lage in Bezug auf Sehenswürdigkeiten/Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel: ideal 10. Eine sehr tolle Wander-Urlaubswoche bei perfekten Gastgebern und mit sehr schönem Wetter.

Alles war einfach super. Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Zimmer mit Balkon im Nebengebäude mit Blick in den Garten und auf den Pool. Der Garten mit seinen vielen Sitzgelegenheiten ist wunderschön, der Blick auf die Berge toll. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und ließ keinen Wunsch offen. Der Wellnessbereich ist nicht sehr groß, hat aber alles, was man sich wünscht. Das Restaurant ist hochklassig. Das Personal ist super nett und kümmert sich vorbildlich. Wir haben uns sehr umsorgt gefühlt.

zum unteren Parkplatz ist man nur über eine Nebenstraße gekommen. War nicht schlimm, aber netter wäre es gewesen, wenn man durch das Haus zum unteren Parkplatz -wo auch der Radkeller ist- gekommen wäre.

Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, reichhaltig und sehr gut

Der Preis. Mit booking.com habe ich Euro 600.00 bezahlt für 2 Nächte (27.-29.9.2025). für meine 2 Zusatznächte, die ich telefonisch bestellt habe, musste ich Euro 652.00 bezahlen. Das Zimmer war lärmig (die ganze Nacht hörte man den Strassenverkehr, zudem lag das Zimmer direkt neben dem Treppenaufgang. Es waren 2 Nächte, wo Hotelgäste (italienische) am morgen um 01:30 Uhr einen ziemlichen Lärm verursacht haben; man wurde direkt aus dem Schlaf gerissen. Zudem war der grosse Kleiderschrank unförmig, man konnte ihn nicht schliessen oder nur durch Gewalt. Das Ganze habe ich am Abreisetag der Faru an der Reception gesagt. Ich wollte den gleichen Preis wie wenn ich über booking.com bezahlt hatte. Sie hatte kein Gehör, nur die lapidare Bemerkung > hätten Sie das ganze am Anfank Ihrer Ankunft gesagt. Ich wurde von Ihr nicht als Gast behandelt, sondern wie ein Strassenpassant. Ich werde dieses Hotel sicher nie mehr aufsuchen.

Wir hatten eine wirklich tolle Zeit, haben uns wie daheim gefühlt und würden wiederkommen. :-)

Das Hotel ist zwar leicht in die Jahre gekommen, aber hat seinen Charme und wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl und daheim gefühlt. Vom netten Empfang vom Personal, sehr aufmerksame Bedienungen beim vielfältigen Frühstück, eine wirklich tolle Gartenanlage, einen tollen Spa-Bereich (der leider nur bis 19/20 Uhr geöffnet hat) und einem wirklich sehr guten Restaurant mit hervorragendem Essen am Abend.

Öffnungszeiten Sauna und der Fitnessraum ist wirklich ausbaufähig.

Rablà Merano con la pioggia

Sono stati molto attenti alle intolleranze e allergie dandomi, sia a colazione che a cena, ottime alternative. In particolare a cena hanno sempre fornito un'alternativa di ottima qualità alle portate che non potevo prendere dal menù principale. Staff molto gentile ed attento alla pulizia

Bellissimo soggiorno

Abbiamo alloggiato nel residence dell'hotel, con formula mezza pensione. Posizione ottima a Rablà, per raggiungere numerose attrazioni anche a piedi o in autobus. Camera molto grande e pulita, con letto comodissimo. Colazione e cena sono sia a buffet che servite, entrambe abbondanti e con una vasta scelta di piatti e ingredienti. Ci hanno fatto anche assaggiare i prodotti di una azienda locale! Piscine, sauna e vasca idromassaggio a libero accesso e perfettamente funzionanti e pulite, con teli e accappatoi in dotazione gratuitamente. Ogni mattina suggerimenti sulle attività che offrono il territorio e la struttura. È il posto perfetto per rilassarsi (anche solo su uno dei tanti lettini disponibili) dopo i trekking sulle vette circostanti o in una giornata di pioggia. Nel complesso siamo molto soddisfatti dell'esperienza in questo hotel!

A cena conviene prendere una bibita al posto dell'acqua, che costa davvero tanto!

Das Frühstück und das Abendessen waren überragend.

Die Lautstärke im Ruhebereich war nicht gegeben, da sich die Italiener nicht daran gehalten haben. Außerdem war es außergewöhnlich heiß und die Zimmer haben keine Klimaanlage. Entgegen der Buchung und Zusage hatten wir in der ersten Nacht ein Zimmer Richtung Straße. Auf Grund der Hitze und der Lautstärke auf der Straße war an Schlafen nicht zu denken. Am nächsten Tag durften wir umziehen in die Ressidenz und das Thema „Straßenlärm“ hatte sich für uns erledigt.
