Kind and welcoming staff. Food at the restaurant is very good, the pizzas are very good and the traditional fondue are worth trying.
The hotel location is great, park your car and serve yourself from high quality public transportation both buses and trams.

The staff were incredibly sweet, so welcoming and friendly. I felt very well looked after, from check in to check out (when the owner even stopped for a chat and gave me a coffee while I was waiting for the bus)!
The room was lovely - a nice size with a great view. There was a huge radiator with an adjustable thermostat so you could quickly make it the right temperature. I really enjoyed sitting out with a coffee looking over the mountains in the evening!
Breakfast was ideal for me with fruit, bread, meats and cheeses and a cool omelette machine. You can pop in quickly if you need an early start or have a more leisurely time looking at the mountains and eating brioche with an epic selection of jams.
My one regret was not having time to use the spa, but it looked great!
