Quaint hotel with a beautiful view

The property was clean and comfortable. It has the most beautiful view, a UK style hotel next door serving good food and 10 min walk to free train to visit the Alps. Cannot go wrong with a stay here away from the main tourist town. Would recommend.

The staff were matronly and we felt taken care of as if we were part of the family. This place caters to adventurers and is perfect as a base camp.

Great except for WiFi connection

The staff is very nice and kind.

WiFi connection was continuosly going up and down, what I think is a bit unconfortable and inexplicable nowadays. If you are a "reasonable" person who doesn't need to be always online or need it to keep planning your trip, this is not a problem though.

excellent location. beautiful views. amazing staff, especially Fabienne who assisted us enormously. she went out of her way to collect us from Chamonix hospital after my partner fell whilst hiking. so helpful at the hotel. a wonderful experience

one minor issue is the Verte Lodge on the N side of the hotel. frequented by poorly behaved British ex pats who party late into the night, totally inconsistent with the values and behaviour of the Chamonix valley.

Great place just out of town.

The staff were friendly. The accommodation was clean. The garden area was a great place to relax with views over Mont Blanc.

Nothing. It is 15 minutes walk out of town but there are Three buses per hour. Also it's in a great location with a lake and climbing wall nearby and a pub and restaurant. Uk 🇬🇧 and
